Honestly I love burgers and Ive never been to five guys before. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with everything except tomato like a typical burger joint only to find out it has mushrooms with it and I had to pick it all out like a child. My second burger I ordered was a cheeseburger and the man there didn't even ask what I wanted with it so I assumed he did the same with the previous burger. Nope a plain mediocre cheeseburger that's about the equivalency to a McDonald's Angus burger. I also ordered Cajun fries and their regular fries which one was just a bag full of fries and the other one cold. Five Guys is a extremely overpriced burger joint that still is behind the times when it comes to how burgers are ordered, making a simple combo and customer service. I was shocked that there was an option to tip a burger joint. There are no waiters or servers so why would anyone tip other than just to do so out of guilt. This will be my first and last visit to the overrated burger joint. You shall remain at the bottom of the burger joint list with in and out. Shameful
Great place. Loved the burgers . Expect to pay about 13/15 per person.
Nice clean, upscale place who’s main bill-of-fare is a $10 hamburger. Indeed it is a good burger …but at 3-4X the competitions cost? … some days the answer is yes … most days “No”. Try a flame grilled Burger King Whopper & then tell me what you think of this value. Again - really good burger and really bad value. Go figure.
This place reminds me of that one person you know that sells tamales over the holidays. They are really good tamales but for some reason they charge like $5 a tamale.Great burgers and great fries but WAY overpriced. But you know that going in, so can't hate on it too much. I've had better burgers for less, but it's a burger you HAVE to get like maybe once a year. Just like those tamales.
Everyone is lovely, food comes out fast and is delicious. Definitely worth a bit more for lunch.
We love going to Five Guys: the burgers are ALWAYS tasty, and the fries are cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside yet fluffy on the inside. I particularly like the fact that I can order my burger bunless, and the staff don't look at me like I'm crazy. HIGHLY recommended!
Fries were too salty. Told the manager. He started getting an attitude saying it’s how they always are. Uhhh no. I couldn’t even eat them. And getting an attitude isn’t the right way to handle it.
Was the best burger ever. Was great watching my burger being made. Considering when I put the tip on the counter the cook lefted his cooking spot to come clear up they share tips. She did a wonderful job handling the situation. Cause I would have sent his butt home. Considering he made it clear to all the employees that I told him to attend to the kitchen instead of worrying about cashier job. But no matter what I enjoyed my burger and so did my husband, so we ordered another for daughter in law. She just messaged me and said omg best hamburger ever. Thank y'all and have blessed day
Great food, great service. Now, if they could get chairs that move QUIETLY when pulled from under the tables this would be the best burger place in town.
