This location is my favorite. They often go above and beyond to make sure everything is great. They even sent me my receipt in the mail when we forgot it out of town. There's been times the bread was too hard for my mom and they happily fixed the issue. The gentlemen that usually brings out our carryout order is very sweet and make sure we have no issues with our food napkins sauces etc. Even when it's multiple trips because we forgot something. The food is always amazing haven't had an issue yet except with the bread being hard but thats usually more a personal preference, not them. Great location :)
Normally I love to have a cheat day and grab a new York steamer from firehouse subs... normally. But today the trash I received when I ordered a large steamer was pretty much a fat sandwich. Every single bite was fat. When I took the sandwich apart there was not one piece of corned beef that wasn't more fat then beef. No one in their right mind should have allowed a sandwich to be prepared in this manner. One star! Only because I can't choose no stars
This particular location fell way off. Been going there for years with no issues. Last 3 visits have been awful. Incorrect order, undercooked orders, and just a general sense of misery inside the building. Teeeeeeeen12

Great place to eat as support local firefighters, sandwiches are great in taste & filling compare to the others. I've eaten at one in McKinney, Texas a couple of weeks ago. Worth the money.which I recommen.
Always great customer service and great food. Employees are incredibly pleasant and attentive, and we’ve never had a single mistake with any of our orders.
Sandwiches were bland, and the mac & cheese was completely flavorless, like eating watery noodles. Also the pickles were really oddly flavored and not in a good way. Should have gone to McAllister's or Jason's Deli. Subway may have even been a better choice.
