The quality of the sandwiches has really gone down. used to wait few minutes for nice warm moist meats and great bread, now receive food almost as soon as you order. it's cold and bread is hard and tough. And it's awfully hard to eat potato soup with a fork. js
Ordered a New York steamer and a firehouse steak and cheese with a side of Mac and cheese. Had to turn around for the mac and cheese since it wasn’t in the bag. The sandwiches were COLD. The pickles tasted like there was some sort of perfume or air freshener that contaminated them. They did not taste like the usual pickles whatsoever. The bell peppers and onions were not cooked on my sandwich.
I order from them from time to time. I like the variety of warm subs they have unlike the cold subs you find at other places. They have made a few mistakes on our orders but always offer to remake or refund us if we aren't able to return to get the right order and are polite.
It's always good to have a New York steamer. Friendly staff nice clean dinning area.
This place makes great food, but it’s all ruined when you try to call in an order—the service is an automated thing that doesn’t work and takes you 10 minutes to order a sandwich because it can’t understand things. What’s wrong with just having a person answer the phone?!
Sandwich was not made as requested. I ordered pick up. Ordered 4 large sandwiches and one was steak and cheese with no mustard and no mayo. We live 10 minutes away and did not check the sandwiches before we left. Got home and the steak and cheese had NO cheese and a ton of mayo. Needless to say no matter how much we tried to scrape off the mayo it was all over so we had to toss the sandwich in the garbage. Not the first time we had problems with this location so I guess we should check our order or go to a different location.
Just dined in here me and my boyfriend and everything was so delicious this was our first time trying this place and will be back again to this location the cashier was friendly and was acknowledged when we walked in and cause of good service and food will be back again. Thank yall and keep up the good work.
Placed an order in advance. Was told that it would be ready at 8:15 PM. Waited and waited then, at 8:35 PM we finally decided to call and see if the order was ready. Apparently, Firehouse subs doesn’t pay their employees enough to mind order queues or to monitor curbside spaces for customers picking up. I’m pretty sure they weren’t trained on how to use the mute button on the telephone before they commence to trash talk patient customers who waited 20 minutes with no update. It’s 2021, no text, no call no alert of any type. The quality of service has gone to Hell in this country and I’m looking forward to the day that everything is automated… because at the very least, it would be more affordable without the hassle of entitled, lazy and petty lackeys.
Awesome sandwiches, love the turkey bacon ranch. Always perfect, Lotta meat and they give you a pickle spear to go along with it . A+ service
The evening mgr no longer cares about greeting customers. The atmosphere is cold and the last three times I was there the order was wrong. I’m done with this location.
