Just went through the drive thru and came home with the wrong food. Ugh.I even stopped and looked in my bag and saw a box that would be used for pizza and thought I was good. Nope. No pizza for my kids when I got home. They were fried cheese balls. So frustrating.
One of the best fast food restaurants. Good salads and pastas.
Most of the time good food but March 28, 2022 all bread sticks we're mushed and not cooked all the way. lasagna noodles we're not cooked all the way as well. We ate at your store on 82cond street employees sweet we dined in at 1pm.
This Fazolis location is by far the cleanest in Lubbock! The food is always fresh, fast and delicious. I like that Fazolis is expanding a healthier menu such as keto friendly. I would like to see more menu items in the future for healthier options. The staff here are friendly and customer service oriented. Management goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience. Rosa is always willing to listen to customers and utilize their feedback to improve quality of service. She is the reason I will keep coming back!
Haven't been to a Fazoli's in a long time so I wanted to check it out, since I missed it. Now I don't.The good: Very clean and attractive restaurant. I like the aesthetics. Also a decent amount of counter height tables and chairs in addition to standard height seating.The employees are on top of everything! They clean the tables as fast as people leave. Also nice and roomy. You're not going to be tripping over other people when you get your refill. Place is very clean, staff is friendly and prompt. Sweet tea is very good.The not so good: The food. It's just not as good as I remember it.The bread sticks were very greasy and salty, they have the texture of whole wheat but clearly are not. Were they out too long? They switch to a cheaper oil? Who knows. For the entree I had the chicken carbonara, vegetables were good but sparse, chicken was fine, bacon was pretty much just fat, Alfredo sauce is ok, but the whole experience was very bland. No basil, oregano, thyme, or anything.Also, insisting on tips for counter service is cringey. I will happily leave a small tip for takeout or counter service when the service is good, but stick with an informal jar on the counter and a simple yes/no/amount on the credit card machine. Making it so you have to give one (with no clear way of exiting out) makes it less of a tip and more of a service fee. And no one likes fees. Please bring back the informal jar.I'd only recommend it if you are on the clock and need something fast, especially if you are with a few friends from work, but unfortunately compared to other places, you will have no problem finding a much better value at the same price point.
Not impressed. I waited almost 10 min for my food and to get not so fresh.....this meat is so tough you can't even chew it. It's been good up until now. Food should never be served dried out.
I've been to fazoli's many times in my life never had really no big complaints this time we went the bathroom smell like raw sewage, I'll ordered something very simple two pepperoni pizza slices I got one pepperoni and one burnt cheese with pepperoni put on it and cheese put on top and put back in the oven. Took it back up there and the only thing they said was we're out of pepperoni. Will not be going back.
Love Fazoli's. Their spaghetti and meat sauce reminds me of the spaghetti mom used to make. A small is the perfect size for lunch for me and the price is reasonable.
On our last visit, we ordered Penne w/meatsauce, a side of meatballs, & a baked spaghetti w/meatballs. The food was hot & order was correct, which is always a bonus. You also get 2 free breadsticks w/each dinner on takeout, but unlimited if you choose to dine-in. You do have to be careful watching what they charge you, bc I have been overcharged many times because the employee enters an order, & I quote, the "way they choose to" vs the way I actually ordered it & how it's posted on menu, which is cheaper. Overall, decent fast food Italian.
Pretty good Italian food for a decent price. We got a to order. I had Chicken Parm... way too much spaghetti, a little light on the chicken. ?Got my son the Pasta Sampler... he was thrilled with 4 different pastas. We both made two meals out our dishes for under $20 for both.
