Always an awesome experience when we go! I’m not sure why there are so many stuck up people leaving reviews. Sometimes the customer I’m front of you is a little chatty. The car hop can’t be rude and tell them to stop talking. You guys need to chill!
I'm leaving 3 stars due to good service, however, the Nitro Cold-Brew they have is probably the worst I have had. It is from a can, and they do not even have cups with the correct size for them. I would recommend only going if you prefer signature drinks, If you like black coffee or Cold-Brew I would probably advise you go somewhere else.
Me and my fiance tried Dutch Bros coffee for the first time this morning he got the Ice strawberry energy drink, I got the blended caramelizer. It was so good we had to come back for a second one but this time he decided he wanted the blended caramelizer too.
Usually I love Dutch Bros, but today I wasn’t a fan. I drove up to a line with no one in it but instead of going back and forth between the 2 lines like he’s suppose to, he’s taking orders from the same line the entire time. He also looked directly at me, pointed at me, and said something to the other driver. I don’t know what was said but I ended up leaving without ordering anything. I came today because I was told $1 of every purchase was being donated.
Had the lovely experience of waiting in line while the girl in the window had her family reunion with the car in front of me. When asked why she thought it was OK to keep a line of cars waiting for her personal business, she polity told me it wasn't her. Guess she has a twin.
They have a lovely selection of delicious coffees, served hot or cold. They even have their own sodas as well. The drive through might look daunting sometimes but the staff keeps it going fast.
This company has excellent customer service! You almost feel very guilty if you do not leave a tip. The coffee is very good and does not taste burned. It is very smooth to the palate. One of my favorites is the molten lava mocha which is a dark chocolate mocha which is excellent! We also tried the kids not so hot, hot chocolate. It was very good as well. However if you're ordering it as an adult it really is not hot at all so you may want to go for a hotter cup of hot chocolate. Great customer service and great tasting products! We'll certainly go again!
Had a white chocolate chai latte & it was sooo delicious. Hubby had a Kicker, hot & he enjoyed it. My kids love drinking my chai with me so we got them a vanilla chai but asked for theirs at just a warm temp & they enjoyed that it wasn't too hot to enjoy. The server at the window was very friendly & we ended up having a great conversation with her. Price point wasn't bad & definitely a bit cheaper than other coffee places. As this was our first time visiting, I'm more than certain we will be back.
Lady at window talked to the car in front of us for 15 minutes which made me mad and when I got to the window she didn’t even apologize for the wait but otherwise I love the drinks perder the salted caramel frosted or blended whatever it’s called it’s amazing.
Great coffee and as always great experience. People there are always in a great mood!
