I was at the restaurant for a good 20 minutes waiting on 2 ice caramel coffees and then when I finally got them they only had one pump of caramel in them, and they taste so old and sour and just all around horrible. I went back to try to get them remade and the guy on lobby was really rude and put me off. Very very upset with this restaurant and the employees.
I really like Dunkin, great coffee, great food and great staff.

I placed a mobile order today & had possibly the worse customer service experience ever. I pulled up to the store where the line was wrapped around the building so I thought about just going inside to avoid my drinks becoming cold. The door to the lobby was locked and there was no note as to why they were locked. So I hopped back in line and waited 25 minutes. When I got to the window the lady only gave me 2/3 of my drinks when I mentioned something to her she went and grabbed a receipt and put it in my face to "prove" I had only ordered 2. Whether it was my error or an app error the solution shouldn't have been putting a receipt so far into my face that half her arm was in my suv. I would've been more than happy to pay for the additional drink and pull around to the front to grab it but that wasn't even offered.
I visit this location about three times a week and I love every thing! From how quick the drive thru is to the friendly staff! I will only go to this location even if it's out of my way.
The manager in the morning with bald head and goatee is dope, always chill and calls me boss. I'm used to being called another name that starts with a B.
We went in thinking it was going to be clean and enjoy are icecream ? and I was very disappointed. Only 1person working . Drive Thur and front she took forever to get to us. Due to her getting drive thru done 1st . We thought the person who walked in was going to help us and nope walked straight to the back . She even helped for help .
