First time getting coffee from here and this is what I get. Half a cup of very cold coffee I mean come on people. Service was horrible and then the product was horrible. I will NOT be going back. Corporate you should be embarrassed.
Waited inside for 30 mins, wasn’t acknowledged for 10 mins, the only reason we stayed was because we promised our daughter a pink sprinkle donut. Customer service was not alive in this dunkin donuts.
Last visit, (12/12/21), 9:20 AM. The coffee was not even warm, and they don't want to give a receipt. The much touted Mocha, Caramel latte was a disappointment. Dutch Bros, coffee is at the top of my list, Dunkin has been deleted.
I tried the apple spice and a French curler. The donuts are ok -- average.
Out of the food I wanted, took forever to get through the drive through line, when I pulled up to the menu to order it took at least three minutes for anyone to even say hello and take our order, coffee tasted like someone had poured the entire bottle of caramel syrup into my cup and then just threw in ice. It was completely undrinkable and honestly the biggest waste of twenty five minutes of my entire life. First time coming to this location, and never coming back. Never have been more disappointed in a location.
The lady who made my drink was on point with the flavors, it was delicious ?, and I say this because most of the time when I go I put in the instructions for The Queen ?, which is my own flavors and nobody ever gets right? but it was great today ❤️. If you want to try The Queen ? it is a medium iced coffee with 4 cream, shot of vanilla, 4 Carmel with cold foam? let me know what you think about it...

Fast and pleasant service through the drive thru. They put WAY too much cream in hubby's Americano. My macchiato was okay. Breakfast sandwiches were okay. We will stick to donuts and regular coffee in the future I think.
