Place an order through their app and was told it was ready at 7:02 p.m. Noticed the staff were giggling and unprofessional as soon as I walked in. Noticed the white girl working there was in a position to help me, but chose NOT to do so. When someone finally addressed me I was told my pizza wasn't ready.So I waited.. and waited, finally fed up with the terrible service I went to the front area, calmly told them my name again...now at 7:34pm, and I was finally given my now warm, sitting under a heat lamp pizza instead of the fresh hot pizza I paid for.It's more than just the bad customer service but it's the lack of respect for their customersI deserve way better treatment than what I got.I don't live here, but if I'm in Lubbock again, I will never come back. ..rotten customer service.
Sometimes you just don't want to "fix dinner" yourself. And then the magic word "Pizza" pops into you mind. Domino's KNOWS pizza. Mom and I just had an excellent meal. Perfectly prepared, less than 5 min drive to store (In Store Pick Up) Perfectly prepared customized Hawaiian, Garden Salad and Cinnamon Twists for dessert. Happy tummy, Happy Customer.
ordered on a very busy Friday night. My order was ready quickly and staff was extremely attentive. Saw the manager doing an awesome job. Very impressed with the outstanding service.
I was hoping I could post a photo of the pizza that I got from this location. And when I called to complain they're absolutely said nothing to make me feel like a value customer. All they say will bring it back it seemed like it was dropped or something. I wish I could put a photo of the pizza
Super disappointed. We normally order from Pizza Hut but we figured we would give domino’s another chance. Horrible idea!! Our pizza was cold and hard. It was as if someone made it by mistake and instead of getting rid of it they decided F it let’s give it to her. The reason I think this is because we also order cheesy bread and that was Hot and fresh. Won’t order from Domino’s again. :(
I ordered my pizza with extra cheese and it was delivered cold as if it was done for an hour and with hardly any cheese on it. The manager was very defensive when I called. I understand everywhere is under stadfed however that shouldn't sacrifice quality. I was able to get it re made however the experience was horrible and the manager was very unpleasant she also hung up on me. I wish I could upload a photo of the pizza.
Has to be one of the worst ones near my house. No such thing as customer service and the pizza never has any flavor. And I ordered a pizza on 12/9/21. it never got here, they kept giving me the runaround and marking excuses. They lost me as a customer! Will never order here again
I order a large Pizza online with extra meat and extra cheese 1/2 with onion. My Pizza arrived and there is no extra meat no extra cheese and no onions and got charged $28. I will never order from Domino's again.
Worked late so the wife ordered me a pizza and wings. Took over an hour to be delivered and the pizza was wrong, on top of that it was cold and SHODY. She calls the location to have the correct pizza remade and they said it would take another hour. That was a direct quote from the GM Anthony. What the hell happened to good customer service? Hopefully corporate sees this cause we will no longer order from Domino's ever again nor do we want anything from them besides a complete refund
Order curbside and was told pizza was ready yet here I am still sitting here 25 minutes later..went in to talk to the manager and he could careless was told one pizza wasn't done wow..so give me one cold and one fresh..never ever had a problem with this place but tonight cuts the cake.what is the point of having curbside if u still have to go in to see if your order is ready I would give 0 stars if I could do better
