Wow - you have to come by and support this place, give it a try. Our food was fresh and tasty. I even asked for extra to be put on my chef salad, they had no problem with it at all. Added sausage and pepperoni when you're on a keto diet you can have meat just no bread. Lol. When you come to a pizza service place. The salads are huge as well. My husband had pizza and a side salad. See photos, side salad I feel was a big portion. Delicious!! May I also say kudos to keeping the place amazingly clean. It also has a very restaurant type feel to it. Comfortable feel to the inside. Booths and comfortable chairs. Carpet and not noisy flooring. Very up to date decor. The staff was above and beyond sweet. Thank you for a great visit - we will be back.
Had the chef salad and it was the best salad I've had in a long time from any restaurant!!! Thank You so Much!!!!
I usually like Dion’s, but I feel like the quality of service is decreasing. I ordered a sub with chips and Greek salad dressing on the side. I got home to find a falling apart sub in the box with no chips or Greek salad dressing.
We love getting Dions and I’ve never had bad service here. Be sure you order your pizza before you go through the drive through or else it’ll take forever because they cook it fresh. Always so good. Their spicy ranch is my absolute favorite.
On 01/25/22 I went into the Dion’s on 82nd and Milwaukee and I gave them my name at the speaker. I had ordered one of the amazing salads. I come up to the window, and they could not find my order. The girl asked if the order was placed at the other Dion’s. I went into my email to confirm and sure enough I had ordered it at the wrong location. I was prepared to drive across town to pick it up, I apologized. But the girl at the window said they would be more then happy to give me my order at this location, no charge and they would let the other location know. Outstanding customer service!!!
This is an updated cumulative review. Went here three times within a three week period, all three times were awful! First two they completely jacked up the orders, I gave it a pass because they were large (5+ entrees) during a peak time. The third time I went I waited over half an hour for a turkey sub that was awful and there were only two customers in the store in that entire period, myself and the gentleman who waited just as long before me. The only positive I can say is that the young lady who took my order (all 3 times same person) was very nice and pleasant. If you're bringing a party of more than 4 or would like to get in and get out with a small order l, don't waste your time or money. That's a lot of bad experiences in a short amount of time. I love Dion's, just not this location anymore.
Dion's is always just really great tasting, unreal fresh food! For me its the New Mexico green chili/pepperoni pizza, and then a ridiculously great tasting pastrami sandwich, on some of the best homemade bread you've ever had. I'm just glad there is one in Lubbock TX now, because I got tired of driving to Albuquerque ?
Very clean! Friendly service. The meatball sub is very tasty, good choice! The Pepperoni pizza was also very good!
This Dions is usually good, but tonight was horrible. My sister and I ordered our food and they said the food will be ready by 6:50. We got there, and there was a line, and we waited for about 15 minutes. That’s understandable since it was busy. We got to the window, they repeated the order, and they got one of the pizzas wrong and they had to remake it. They said it’ll take 8-10 minutes. That’s fine. We waited next to the tree like we were told, and no one came out for more 15 minutes. Someone came out and they only brought out 1/3 of our order. We waited for another 5 minutes, so we decided to go park and go inside. By the time we parked and were about to go inside, someone came out with all of our order. We told her we waited 20 minutes for our order. We waited in total 45 minutes by waiting in line and waiting for our food. This was not a good experience whatsoever. The only excuse we got was someone ordered “a lot of pies” and our order got mixed up in it. Inexcusable. Really poor experience.
Pretty good prices and service. Crust is really good and not greasy. Liked the Greek salad and cheese bread. Kiddos claimed it is their new favorite pizza place.
