I’m sorry! This may seem kind of funny to some, but come on!? A chef salad without the egg is just not a chef salad! So tell me, how do you run out of eggs late afternoon and you have a reputable supermarket within walking distance?! I know that you have to wait for the eggs from the distributor, but in case of an emergency, just send someone to the grocery store to get some eggs until the darn food truck comes in!!!There! I got it off my chest. Oh, and I went ahead and ordered the chef salads WITHOUT THE EGG!?
Just tried it for the first time. The service was prompt and friendly, the pizza is different but in a good way, and the prices were reasonable in the depression we seem to be living in.The pizza isn't saucy. It looked like there was cheese under the toppings and a little on top. Not sure what they do to their crust, but it was good. The cheesy toast was delicious as well. I'd definitely eat Dion's pizza again.
No wait service but the dinning area was very clean and pleasing. Menu consists of whole pies, by the slice, sub sandwiches and salads. One slice is good enough for medium appetites. I had the one slice/two topping and 1/2 salad combo. Light on sauce, decent amount of cheese and lots of toppings on my sausage and onion slice. Sauce could be a little more robust but overall a good bite.My Spinach Crunch half salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette was surprisingly good, also good size portion. Staff pleasant and professional.
Absolute worst customer service and management personnel. Seriously need to train your managers on how to push back on school athletics teams coming in without calling ahead with their orders. And for your managers to tell customers that ordered prior to the 50-60 person group that came in, that their order has to wait 1-2 hours on their food because of the large order they prioritized over everyone else not involved with the school order, is absolutely ridiculous. And to top it all off, your teenage "manager" actually had the nerve to attempt to make it seem like I was in the wrong for requesting a refund after waiting an hour for a salad that we requested to come out first, not even asking about the pizzas we ordered. Additionally, for your manager to tell me that "you'll just have to wait, you do see the large order we're working on?", unacceptable! I never have had to raise my voice with any service industry employee. But your employees tonight, to tell me that I should continue to wait because they have absolutely NO management skills and that a massive order that came in AFTER ours and several others, was reason enough for me to emphasize that she WAS GOING TO REFUND US. I get it, y'all landed a huge 50-60 person order, but sincerely hope that in the future your employees at this location can figure out how to serve everyone, and not blow off all the small ($60) orders from families like mine.
This place is awesome.. I usually get pecans on my salad but this time I tried dried cranberries!!! Will definitely be going back... Highly recommend

This place is GREAT the kids loved it pizza was on point :) The staff is awesome and friendly plus the kids loved being able to see through the glass and watch the pizzas being made. Very spacious great atmosphere.
