Someone tell me why it took 20 minutes for beans, small hushpuppies and small fried okra?? It was all good just not sure worth the wait.

Good food but not worth the wait of the drive thru being that there dine-in is closed I tried to order over the phone and run to Walmart next door just to try and kill time but while waiting in the drive-thu they never answered just kept letting the phone ring and ring was a little upset after there window sticker states the inside is open but it is not over all I left
