This is the best ice cream! I give one star because they rarely have waffle cones/cups available. And they NEVER have "dipped" chocolate waffle cones/cups. When I asked the young kid when they will have them he said, "when we feel like it". ?? I got my ice-cream and walked out. I guess if we all go over to Braums, and they close their doors they would've thought more about the customers needs with those waffle cups/cones issues. Or am I the only one who likes ice cream in a waffle cup dipped with glazed chocolate on the rim? Just a thought. Maybe a hangry comment but it's the truth. ??♀️
Terrible service. Got a signature and it wasn’t made right. The employee added things I did not asked for and still charged me for them. When I said “that was not what I asked for” he said “well it’s too late now” :(

We were passing through Lubbock for one night and this was by far our best experience. Very interesting how they "crafted" their ice cream. I had the coffee lovers delight. Have no clue what was in it but was excellent. I'm sure there were other interesting "concoctions" I could have but mine was very tasty. Recommend highly.
