Really enjoy going here for many reasons.1: always clean and smells good2: employees are always nice3: it gives my granddaughter the opportunity to restock her pizza sauce blood
Shut it down! Shut it down ! Shut it down! This place has gone down hill. The staff is rude as we were eating an employee is cleaning the table over he sprays his cleaner to the point when I open my mouth I’m tasting the damn cleaner. I came for pizza not cleaner ew it’s disgusting then on top of that I look to the right and this same employee is bending over and I can see the man’s boxers . I’m sorry but when I go to a place of business that’s not what I want to see or eat . I’m never coming back here again. I suggest you don’t either or you will be as disappointed as I was .
As always their pizza buffet has a great selection and the price can't be beat, especially with the current deal going on, making buffets w/ a drink around $6 per person. The pizzas are not the best in the world, but they still hit the spot when you have a craving.The staff were very kind and helpful, and the manager was willing to assist her staff and customers with what they needed.The only reason this review is not a 5 star one is because of the fact the wait time was approximately an hour to get in, and the facility was a bit dirty, that being said, they were exceptionally busy upon this visit.
Sometimes they ran out of pizza but always seemed to be right on it to fill up the line again, I appreciate that about this location. The pizza was delicious and place was clean, we take our family here all the time and the kids love it
My husband and I went today for lunch and it was horrible. We will definitely not be back. They had just opened and the pizza that they had out were not cooked correctly. I was watching as pizza came out of the oven and if there was still that kind out they would put the fresh one under the counter. Poorly ran!! If these are the standards that they teach their employees I really don't know how they stay open. It is definitely not how I remembered it. ???????
If I could give 0 stars I would. The salad bar is a joke for 1. The dressing tasted sour and not everyone likes olives or peppers on their salad, no bacon bits or cheese, they need to look at other pizza places with salad bars and take notes. 2nd the buffet was empty, they could not keep up with custom orders because the people behind the counter could have cared less. Floors were nasty coke machine looked just as bad and holes in the wall. If the health department stops by makes you wonder how they pass. Won't be back.
There's no too many pizzas to choose. The decoration is meh. It's a simple place to go when you don't know what to eat.
Cicis has the best Spinach Pizza I have ever had. The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly and the food delicious for a very economical price. You can't go wrong with this all you can eat buffet.
Good customer service everyone was nice, pizza was good but I’m giving a 2 not sure if it’s usually this way. This was our first time trying it out. It was so dirty. The walls by the tables were gross, the chairs were dirty. Where they keep the pizza on the bottom there was spills of pasta sauce. Floors needed to be sweeped and cleaned.
Left hungry for the 1st time in around 30yrs. I ate a salad, 2 slices of Alfredo Pepperoni & lucked into a cinnamon roll.Normally a solid operation, but this last visit was absolutely terrible. They apparently were out of Marinara, there might have been 1 pizza on the buffet at a time & when that happened it was mushroom, black olives & red onions with Alfredo sauce. When I asked for 2 custom pizzas yelling ensued from a lady in the back (they were storing 1 made pizza under the buffet). After waiting 15min from the request, I still didn't see my pizzas go into the oven & we left.Still making full to-go orders somehow though. More pizzas in a single take-out order than the buffet had the whole time we were there.Just terrible & sad.
