The service was ok. I didn't know they charged .25 for each sauce requested. The chicken and biscuits tasted like it had old oil on it. This location is usually great! With speedy service. Never been charged for sauces though.
WORST place to go!!!!! So Rude!!!!This use to be a very good place to go to but we will never return and trust me when I say word of mouth travels fast and the industry I am in I know a lot of ppl and they will know about the experience we had not once but twice
One of the worst chicken places ever customer service wise!! They don't care how badly they mess up your order. Avoid churchs chicken AT ALL COSTS. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!!
The experience here is much better when you dine in. If I order online or through the drive-thru 9/10, something gets forgotten. Yes, I could be one of those that holds up the like & checks but ...idk benefit of the doubt and stuff?? ? service isn't always consistent either but something about going inside its different vibes!I love going for lunch. Theyre always so accommodating.
Went through drive thru about 3:35 pm. I got dried out, overcooked chicken. Wasn't worth eating. They gave me left over from lunch. Will never be back.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HAD. First of all, I ordered two breasts and the chicken was cut so weird I couldn't tell if they were breast or not. The chicken was like eating rubber, it was not done. We threw it away, what a waste of $11. The macaroni and cheese was dry and the cup was only about 1/2 full. The biscuit looked like it had been tossed around before put in my box, The biscuit was hard as a rock. I WILL NEVER EAT AT CHURCH'S AGAIN. I guess all of this is the reason why there was one person in the line when I got there and the line was out into the street at Chicken Express (like it always is). I will wait in line for 40 minutes before I make a trip to a Church's.
I bought 30 pieces Only 1 was fresh all the others looked old and smelled like old oil told them i was from out of town had to come 30 miles to get order But i guess they dont care cause i had to drive 2 full trips to Bring back there stinking chicken 120 miles total NO MORE CHURCHES CHICKEN FOR ME!!!
This place has gone downhill. This Church's was my go to place for chicken. Went there today, and let me say it was horrible!!! The chicken tasted and looked old. Like literally looked like it was left over from yesterday and just reheated. The tenders looked the same way, and where tough. Like chewing on a piece of rubber. Worse experience ever!!! They had been going downhill for a while but I just took it as it was part of the pandemic. But nope now I know it far more than that.
The fried okra was burnt and the half gallon tea bag wasnt at the full line! And the cashier was so damn impatient with us! 2nite's order sucked!
Great customer service!!! The store manager is so kind and friendly. She made sure our food was fresh and quick!! Definitely a stop when we come to town.
