Not really good. The fish tacos were okay. Tortilla wasn’t that fresh and too little fish in the taco.Also next to a very loud table. The fact that management didn’t come say anything to them on a chill afternoon.There’s way better Tex mex out there.
My business partner and I had a minute so we popped in to see what all the fuss is about. Well, it was mid afternoon so it wasn't too crazy busy. We ordered the "beef" nachos (hb meat, beans, cheese) and we're pleasantly surprised how good they were. They gave us sour cream for free99, my best kind of price! Music was on pont with some 80's tunes. I'll be back to try their green Chile burger so hang tight for that review. CHEERS!!
Extremely unprofessional staff that escalated a minute and insignificant scenario, resulting in a ruined night for a family. Do not go to this location if you have a party of mixed ages as they are quick to throw out accusations without proof. Staff members are quick to accuse and helicopter around customers when the effort could go into improving their services.

The steak fajita is the best, whether its a soft taco, a chimi, or a salad.! U cant go wrong with the steak fajita.!
This is always a must stop for me when in Lubbock. Perfect spot for a great margarita and lunch. Alvin the manager is top notch and continues to run a great operation.
A bit too dirty for my liking
Restroom could definitely use a remodle. Dirty and outdated for sure. Love the drinks and food. Go early to beat the crowd would be great if they had more tables or places to sit. But that doesn't stop us from going. Always have a good time at Chimys.
