Take out service. They were extremely helpful. We ordered the quesadillas salad plus shoreline State with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Well a piece or two of broccoli....came in super small portions. Guess restaurants need to cut back somewhere. The quality of food and quantity of food would not be where I would come back. The place wasn't busy. It was clean and the waiter that took my order was very sweet.
Chilis on Slide Rd...I totally understand that you are having to raise prices. It's our world right now and I'm willing to pay the price. What I don't understand is when my delivery order arrived....my cup of queso was only half full. HALF. I'm a huge fan of Chili's but you can't expect to raise prices and then not even give a FULL cup of what the customer ordered....COME ON! $7.19 cup of queso...I DON'T THINK SO.
Ambiance is good, but its too busy and super noisy. We visited over the weekend with family. People serving there are welcoming and happy, understand the requirements and change the menu accordingly if needed.
the delivery guy was awesome. The food sucked I've never been to Chili's this bad. I gave it one star because the cooks don't give a s***. All the food was under cooked or dry. Spent 65 buckets could have went to McDonald' for better food.
I ordered the three choices for $10.99 and they were out of chicken enchilada soup so I went ahead with the loaded potato soup. It arrived in a minute and was cold. I mean not even warm at all! The main dish was Cajun shrimp pasta and It was dry, had some globs of unmelted cheese and a lil bit of shrimp shell remnants. The waitress was very sweet but I'm afraid it didn't make me satisfied enough to go back again.
Service was excellent but the food was raw. They dropped my wife's shrimp salad and had to make another one. The salad she was served later had raw shrimp. Also the bacon burger my daughter ordered was cold raw in the middle. Seems the cook can't work under pressure. I will not be returning and will be notifying the city inspector.
Steak tasted good but instead of medium it was well done. I thought about sending it back but decided not to because I was very hungry by the time it was served. Our service was great in the bar for drinks even though they were busy and short staffed.
Nathan at Chili's on Slide Road, Lubbock, Texas, was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious this evening and everyone in shift did an awesome job helping each other. Great experience tonight.
I love the food here. I got the Texas two meat combo, and wow, so delicious. I was a little upset that the three tenders were the size of Chick-fil-A tenders, but overall it was tasty food.My main complaint was since they were understaffed, the wait from ordering the food to getting it to your table was 2 hours and 15 minutes. But again, they were understaffed, and the sign in the front door made sure we all knew, which is fine. Overall good, but the wait time was terrible. I would put five stars but the wait, knocked two of them out.
Ordered fajitas, and when the food came out, the rice and beans were old and dry. The service was very good though(Shout out to Drake!). They get three stars because this actually never happens when I visit, and they did correct it happily.
