It shouldn't be called express if you have to sit in line for 20 minutes. So over this can't open dining room because don't have employees nonsense. Chick fil a has 20 workers on every shift.
Arrived @ Chicken Express 9:21 pm. Ordered 2 #4 with Breast. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I ask what was available now. They offered 3 wings to replace 2 Breast. ??I said “ give me 4 wings & alls Good. The “Young lady on the speaker, said No Deal. Either hire Adults to run your store or at least train them babies. BTW,Chicken Express was one of my Favs. Not any More.??We left Chicken Express & went to Whataburger. Left a $30 tip because Whataburger knows how to treat their customers.
The lady who I had reflected no emotional expression towards me at all, you could tell she didn’t wanna be there at all. i also could not like bite into the chicken bc it was just not good, and i also asked for a biscuit and i got a roll…
1 out of 10 times my order is right. Sure wish we had another option in south lubbock for good fried chicken!!!
I'm not going to complain about the dining room being closed, they have their reasons. I'm going to say they have great service, great food, and great people. They also have one of the fastest moving drive thru lines in Lubbock.
Horrible. They won’t open there dining room. So then you have to wait 45 minutes or longer in the drive thru to get your dinner. Never again.
They have amazing food especially the fish yes a chicken place sells battered whitefish and it's amazing I highly recommend it.
#1, spicy ? tenders, mashed tatoes, okra, sweet tea, gravy, jalapeño ranch x2. Tell me that don’t sound good!
Very rude people at this location. Asked for condiments and got the window shut in my face mid sentence. Tried going back and they kept rudley interrupting as we were trying to order. Will not be going back.
I have been eating here for years here in Lubbock and Seymour. It's ALWAYS been great...until tonight. Maybe it's the "pandemic" (seems like everybody says that now) or possibly the horrible inflation but my food was bad. Small portions, tiny strips that were dry and seriously the size of french fries. The chicken strip meat looked like it was dark meat. I tried to call several times but nobody answered. Maybe they can't hire enough staff since nobody wants to work anymore. Anyways, very disappointed. I refuse to let this become the new normal in this country. Come on guys, we can do better!
