I came to this Chicken Express thinking I'm going to get some chicken that's going to just melt in your mouth well I ended up getting a dry chicken with nothing but breading on it it was like 2% chicken and 98% breading. I called the manager to tell him about it and he wanted me to bring back the meal after I already got home which is 20 minutes away from this place and all he could say was well we can't do nothing unless you bring back that meal that is so rude and inconvenient. I would never come to this Chicken Express again
We went through the drive up line today.We ordered a family meal and an individual meal.We drove all the way to Littlefield and discovered they left the gravy off both orders.Not a fan of dry mashed potatoes.Probably won't go back, even though our food that we did receive tasted good.I expect my order to be complete when I go anyplace.
Why is the dining room not open? And why is the wait 30 plus minutes. This place has gone downhill since covid. Management is the issue obviously.So this past Saturday (6/18/22), we decided to give this place another shot. On our last few visits the wait was terrible and the order was wrong. Well we made the wrong decision and we’re stuck in the drive through for a good 30 minutes. We didn’t even get a chance to order…. The only way we were able to get out was a car in front of us decided to bail and about 3 other cars did the same. This place has gone downhill, like at a free fall rate. Food is decent, the wait and attitude from the workers is terrible. The franchise owner needs to can the managers and start from scratch.
I waited about 25 minutes in line just to receive old tiny tenders. Not only did they look and feel like they were made hours ago, i didn’t even receive the correct amount that i ordered. If you’re going to a chicken express i don’t recommend this specific location. You don’t get what you pay for!
The chicken tenders & gizzards are so good. I have yet to try the catfish I've heard it's delicious. Oh & you can't go wrong with an order of the fried pickles!!
4/26/22 9:30 PM I love the food here, but they always give me the wrong order. I ordered 4 count spicy chicken tender with corn nuggets and fries. Not only did they not give me spicy on the chicken tenders, but they forgot my corn nuggets. The corn nuggets and spice are my favorite part of the meal. Now I’m just sad eating plain chicken tenders with no corn nuggets. Thanks for nothing. The corn nuggets are fire though I wish I got them.
It's 2022. Pandemic over kids... CDC is removing mandates nationally. And yet Chicken Express is no dine-in. For real?!? I've wasted 2 gallons of gas for which I could have purchased a 100 pack of strips. 13 cars in front of me I counted. Been in line literally 25 minutes so far, and that was just to get to the order speaker. Model of inefficiency here that kind of boggles the mind. And not using the secondary lane!!!
The wise person will call in their order from the drive-through so when you get to the speaker you zoom on up a whole car length and wait a little bit longer for your absolutely delicious food. But I do think if everybody would call in like I do then line would be moving so much more quickly.
Line is always to the street. So you'll have to wait about 30-35 minutes to order, and then once you order, expect to wait about another 40 minutes to close to an hour. They cook one thing, chicken. That they take so long is absolutely unacceptable. I can defrost, bread, and cook chicken at home in like 15 minutes. Not to mention the workers at the window, well one woman really, is exceptionally rude. Been coming here for years and it's the same lady with the same attitude. She just sucks. Waiting a total of an hour to get FAST food is honestly kinda comically stupid. They need to get their act together.
It's OK because we've been here several times since it is convenient to our house. But, there are definitely better chicken places. I am unsure why the line in the drive thru is always enormously long! I just don't get it.
