Terrible Manager service, food terrible, Make sure when you order your meal you say combo because otherwise they're gonna charge you for each individual item, Ordered gizards that were the size of a corn nugget maybe even smaller livers were dried, Ended up paying Over $18??? I see why thier ratings are down, will not buy from them anymore.
Tried to call in my favor order and was put on hold for over an hour before I finally hung up. Then waited in the drive thu line for another hour before I finally got my favor order for delivery. I was unable to take anymore favors because it was too late and I lost money. I will not be going back to 82nd and University location for any reason.
I've tried so many times with this location.Unless you get here BEFORE 11:30 for lunch or BEFORE 5:30 for dinner, be prepared to wait at least 40 minutes from the time you drive into the parking lot to the time you finally get your food. And there's a very good chance that the food you DO get will be something other than what you ordered, or chicken that's so overbooked it's inedible.Also, dining room is STILL CLOSED as of 5/12/22.I won't be giving this location any more chances.
This place is horrible. They are still using Covid as an excuse for poor service. Honestly to still have your diningroom still closed is ridiculous. They just don’t want to spend the money. We sat in the drive thru for 50 minutes. When we got our food home it was cold. Never again!
The wait times at this location are ridiculous. We spent 35 min in line, 15 min sitting at the window. We witnessed the employees eating on the cook line and were not acknowledged once during this wait. Franchise owner really needs to consider the management and staff at this location (82nd & university) because customer service at this location has been horrible for a while now.
Horrible. They won’t open there dining room. So then you have to wait 45 minutes or longer in the drive thru to get your dinner. Never again.
This place will NEVER EVER get your order right. Every single time I go I can almost put money on it that my order will be wrong. I don’t know if people can’t read or simply look in a bag. I also feel like this location gives you something else on purpose because they don’t have what you want. If they don’t have livers or gizzards DONT WORRY! They’ll give you chicken strips you didn’t want nor order. This location puts a BAD BAD name on chicken express. Not all the chicken express are bad just this one. Go to Canes down the street its so much better and the wait is short! :)
Was given regular tenders when ordered spicy. Brought it to the attention of a kitchen worker inside. He helped me immediately and was extremely kind. Glad to have mistakes corrected with no hassle.
There’s no dining and a 25 min wait for food and a rush they are expecting. I would have to this is the weakest management team I have ever seen. I know they would love to blame the pandemic, Democrats, or limited staff. But this is what horrible time and a extremely bad management team en stills. But looks like ownership doesn’t care. I WISH BUSH’S Chicken was here.
