First time having Chick fil A. A friend took me for my birthday on Friday. The people were friendly and patient with me as I looked over the menu. Good food. I was very pleased.
I love Chick-fil-A but probably not this location. This is the third time I have seen hair inside a sandwich. I usually order through uber eats from this location. But when I saw this I called Chick-fil-a and informed them of the issue. They couldn't care less. They kept telling me to call Uber eats and complain. What kind of customer service is that? First of all food compliant was about a safety issue. So unfortunate that this store is taking such things lightly. I am also posting a picture under the images.
Best Chick-fil-A in town! Runs like a machine. They seem to use filtered water for their tea which makes a huge difference. The one on University and 82nd doesn’t do this and their is normally not good.
I ordered a salad and apparently a messed at up. I called the manager and he says we'll do better next time. I guess that's customer service for you.

When I drive through it’s fine but literally every time I’ve ever ordered through the app for delivery they get it wrong. Not exaggerating. Wrong every time. Please fix the app.
A little pricey but was delicious, hot, and fresh. Very busy just like every other location.
