I Signed up for a Chick-fil-A account to order food ahead of time for pick up to bring to my daughters school. I will never do this again. They said that ordering online is not any different then walking in and ordering. The only difference is my food was strangely cold and everyone seemed confused as to who I was because I did not order the same way as others. It actually took more time. THEY SHOULD ALSO INVEST IN PLASTIC BAGS TO PUT THE HIGHLY PACKED PAPER BAGS OF FOOD IN! THE PAPER BAGS ARE NOT VERY STRONGE AND STARTED FALLING APART. ALONG WITH HAVING TO CARRY DRINKS IN A NOT SO STRONG DRINK CARRIER....... THE DRINKS BROKE OPEN ALL OVER MY CAR. I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.
Service at this CFA was wonderful. It was super clean. While we were there their employee Jayme greeted everyone in the dining room. She kept it very clean. We saw her cleaning every inch of the place, even the walls and the back corners. We were totally impressed with the attention to detail she had. While cleaning she chatted with those in the dining room and made everyone feel welcome. I think every CFA needs a person like Jayme! When I ordered David was cheerful and friendly, and very precise with the order. Our food came out very quick and was good. We will definitely be back next time we are in Lubbock.
Always a pleasure. Staff is always polite, curtious, and punctual. Kids love the in door playground. Riley, Mil, and the entire staff..... Always a pleasure and we'll see y'all again soon!!!
I almost get annoyed when I want chik fil a because this is the closest location to me and when I decide to try it again besides driving to a further location, I'm let down. They often forget your sauces and the chicken nuggets lack in freshness. Most certainly should learn my lesson now and just pass this chik fil a up permanently
One of the lady was accused me of stealing a sandwich cause she forgot to put it in the bag.. she was very rude . An I love this place but that lady was dumb thinking I wanted a free sandwich ?
I haven’t expanded my culinary experience much at any of the Lubbock chick-fil-A however I haven’t seen any need to. They have always excelled in delivering a magnificent salad!
Honestly, I normally love chick fil a, but I HATE this location. They always park everyone for everything. I can have 3 meals or I can have 1 Simone meal And I get parked. So after waiting in line and finally making it to the window, I have to go sit in the parking lot and wait 15 more minutes for them to finally bring up my food. Me along with seven other cars. And it happens every time I come to this location. Not only that, when I finally, finally get my food, they forget the sauces or forget something so I still, after all of that waiting in line, all of that waiting parked, still have to go inside and get my sauces or whatever they forgot. And it happens every. Single. Time. If the kitchen can’t keep up with the orders at the window, maybe some work is needing to be done with the kitchen team or management in order to keep the line moving and having to park people less. Parking every car is not the solution. It’s ridiculous. I’ve never not been parked when coming here for dinner
Would be nice since I'm here right now there was no car in front saw her do it to the car behind they expect you to know what you want and not even let you get to the menu then try and tell you what you want I wanted to look at the menu hello
The food is always great,the staff always polite and ready to help you in a timely manner.
Best Chick fil-a ever. I'll order on the app and its a quick, pleasant, trip through the drive through and I'm on my way with hot fresh food. The employees are always friendly and courteous.
