I went to Chick-fil-A on University I have never had problems everybody has always been so nice and sweet and helpful on 5 -9 12 :00 pm when placing my order I asked if I call redeem my points She replied by saying twice that she’d have to redo the whole order and if I had any points ?? I then I showed her that I did half points 1140 points So I just told her that’s fine never mind then I went to Megan to check out and pay I let her know that I was wanting Redeemed my points and she was so nice and helped me to redeemed my points
Already love going to Chick-fil-A no matter where we are. This is our usual spot in Lubbock to stop in the way home. Tonight they didn't ring up my order right which I found it when I called them. The person that answered was very helpful and is going to replace some items for me in our next visit.
As always they keep the line moving and you're in and out before you know it. Pair that with fresh and quality food. Highly recommend
Always greeted with a smiling face that is happy to serve you. From ordering to getting your food, the time is swift and very structured. I know the next time I go to this location I won't have to wait long and it won't displace my day in any way!
I absolutely love this chic fil a! I was having the worst day and stopped by for a brownie, the sweet lady in the window handed me a cookie as well. That cookie was so warm, and so delicious, I forgot I was even upset before I stopped by. She probably won’t see this but if you do, thank you so much. The simple kind act of a warm cookie saved me a little today. I love this store again thank you for everything you do.
Both of my fries (a medium and a large) were half full. Many fries were also burnt. So sad. I’ve never had a bad experience with CFA except at this location. :(
it finally happened, chick fil A failed me.I got a free delivery reward, and the wrong order was given to me. Called this location, was on hold for 13 min, and then got hung up on. Called several more times until i finally got ahold of someone- they sent my food an hour later and it was cold. I cannot express the heartache i feel now. My Lords Lunch is ruined.
Chick-fil-A is like that one girl that everyone has a crush on, so you keep seeing her, hoping she'll choose you but it never happens.EVERYONE goes here and seems loves this place, but I don't get the craze over it. I pretty much go when I feel like waffle fries. But lines go fast, good service, and good tasting chicken. It's a shame they don't have full-on deep fried chicken. If they did, Colonel Sanders would be slapping his chicken wishing that he made a recipe as good as Chick-fil-A
I am always impressed with Chick fil A, but the service at this location was extra exceptional. We were taking a cross country road trip and made us feel right at home! They went above and beyond with their courtesy, attention, and service. The staff was extra friendly and kind! This would be my first stop if I pass through Lubbock again! Thank you guys!!
