Bad customer service. I placed an online order, picked up, and one of my chicken biscuits were missing. I called them and asked for a refund because I don’t go to chick fil a very often, they called me and told me I needed to come up to chick fil a to get my refund? I don’t understand why they can’t just refund my one item. Anyway, she said I needed to come up there to get my item back? Then I said I guess I’ll just pay for something I didn’t received, and the girl said “OK bye” LMAO. Shame on this chick fil a’s customer service.
I called and asked if Chick fil a hired people with disabilities. I was honest and said I need an reasonable accomodation; a stool so I can be at the register. I also sted I have several years experience working as a cashier with the help of a stool The girl took my name and number and no one ever called me back.
Sadly, this is the least efficient Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Lines take forever, not enough space in drive through, I have had missing items every single time I have gone. This is out of town where my gpa lives, and it is a far cry from the Chick-fil-As I am used to in my smaller town.
Food is really good when the orders are not missing items. There are too many times I've came here either through drive thru, delivery, or pick up that my orders have been missing items. I did pay for those items and it shows on the app and the receipt. For example, today I didn't get my salad I ordered or my large waffle fry. I was too short on time to go back and get my order fixed.
Ok ok, I know I should have given this one 5 stars, well done guys, but to my defense if you gonna serve any kind of fried potato (waffle fries in this particular fast food restaurant) would it kill ya to throw in a couple packets of KETCHUP?? Yes even tho we didn't ask for it and wasn't asked if we needed any either. Because we were HOWEVER, asked if we needed SAUCES for 2 chicken sandwich meals..so trying to be quick with our order I said the first thing that came to mind as far as sauces go and that was ranch. They didn't mind putting SIX ranches in..good job btw, but no ketchup. It's universal. I know you get me.?Oh, and for 2 meals me and my Rich got ONE NAPKIN. ONE. Like just one.. singular..a SINGLE napkin. I knew about the tissue paper shortage a while back but is there a napkin shortage now? It seems like every restaurant has been forgetting to put any in with our meals. Now one DOES count as only one..but that doesn't count as napkins. So for those 2 reasons which seem small to some but big to me, 4 stars..because yall had the fastest drive-thru I had ever been in, not even joking..and because the guy had a smile on his face the whole time we were at the winda and they were fast, got the food right, it was hot fresh and delicious. Good job team!Next time I'll make sure to ask for ketchup and napkins and see how it goes..
Waited 15 minutes for my curb side pick up order. I told myself to check it before I left but I NEVER have a problem with any of the other chick fil a. Got home to realize my ENTIRE order was wrong. No sauces, no Splenda. My sandwich was suppose to have no bun, add cheese and lettuce. My sandwich had the bun, no cheese and no lettuce. And the only thing the manger could do was give me a “reward” for when I order next time. Unbelievable.
We have never really had a problem. The last time we went they forgot our fries. Cool, it happens. But this time we had to have our sandwich remade. Not once. Not twice. But three times. Everytime we got our sandwich back it was colder then the last. I eventually asked the cashier to please hold the sandwich. When he grabbed it he told me it was cold and "wow that's really bad" they kept asking for a receipt. We didn't have one because we were never provided with one. I love love love Chick-fil-A but this experience wasn't the best :(
I love love love the chicken breakfast bowl. Good way to start your beautiful day. You should try one you won't be disappointed.
CHICKEN! I love me some good chicken and this is one of the best places to get it! Always fast friendly service, me and my family are definetly chik-fil-a fans.
