Worst experience ever today. Not happy about it either. I went and order like normal and then their card reader wasn’t working the girl tried twice and keep shutting down she said to wait and get it fixed. They had me sitting there for 10min while taking other vehicles order until a new person came up and was like “hello what can I get for you?” I’m like “I’m there was a girl trying to take my payment. I’ve been sitting here for a while now. The guy was like “oh okay let me find her.” Well they couldn’t figure it out so they redid my order and final took my payment. No apology nothing. Then when I went to the window. They didn’t have my order. I had to tell them. I’m beyond upset. Almost waiting 20min for a sandwich and fries. Never going to this location again.
Not the normal one we visit but still the same great food. Parking is a bit hectic when they were busy. Clean restrooms and always friendly service.
I come to this chick Fila all the time, it's right down from my work, they are fast and friendly and have the best sugar free lemonade and grilled chicken sandwich
Cold waffle fries right out of the drive thru. Other than that, the other food was good. I just can't excuse cold waffle fries.
Good fast service, food was great and employees eager to make your order correct.
Abnormal to be in this line for 20 minutes, but that was today's reality and even had to pull around and wait longer. I'm all for fresh food, but if I'm waiting for one part to cook and it's taking longer, I'd appreciate hot fries to go with it. Also the extra people taking orders through the drive thru is wonderful for speed but often times I need a menu to look at, a printed one they can offer up would make it even faster and eliminate the awkward wait and slow walk to the menu that is sometimes required.
We were greeted with a smile and genuine joy that you don't usually get at fast food places! Our food was brought to our table with a smile and genuine concern if we should need anything else. It is rare to find this level of service and care for the customer. We were very impressed at the happiness is the happiness and servants heart that everyone we saw exhibited . We would give them 6 stars at least!
This Chick Fil A stands out even among the typical excellence of CFA. The decor was excellent and the staff was great. It was very busy and our food still arrived quickly. The fresh, live, flowers on the table were a nice touch.An edit from another visit - the flowers are from Market Street, and the staff truly is friendly, Chase was great and really brightened our day!
Decided to try me a big bowl of tortilla soup. No spoon no tortilla strips? What happen to the awesome service? I'm not asking for a friendship I just want what I ordered. Tell Your GM and managers to make that an employee focus this week coming up. Bet it will help your sales and comps?♂️. Have a great weekend. Soup was good by the way. Tortilla strips would of made it better.
1/25/2022Unprofessional conduct by female staff during drive- thru. Made unpleasant visit.Restrooms is spotless but trash was full, but tables were dirty in the lobby. Most of the staff was friendly. The play area is surprisingly open. Over all visit was just okay. Once in a while visit for me.
