My first time at BurgerFi. I had the cheese burger with fries and onion rings. The cheese burger was okay, fries had been cooked a while, the onion rings were fresh and really good. I'm not sure if I will return.
This was my first time going here. As you walk on the place is small/ medium size but very clean. The cashier was very friendly and answer our questions regarding the menu. The food was tasty and fresh. Not overcook or dry definitely would be coming again.
The food was great and they have some weekly specials that are nice if you're a college student looking for a deal! I also really liked the employees. They were all very kind and it was sweet to see them having fun while working together. My only complaint is that the soda machine was out of most syrups when I went and seemed a little run down, but I didn't think that constituted knocking a star off! :)
Tried Burgerfi today, and it was a hit!My mom has a ton of food allergies, and they were able to accommodate!My burger had fried egg, bacon, cheese, & hash brown. ?
First time eating at BurgerFi, and the BurgerFi cheeseburger didn't disappoint. Double Angus beef patties tasted delicious. Comes with lettuce tomatoes and add cheese and the burger is complete. Natural hand cut fries tasted awesome as well. Vitamin water tropical punch refreshed my thrust and more. Definitely eating here when I pass through.
Went for chili cheese cry fries and ultimately $20 out and disappointed. The chili on the dog was dry, dark and form shaping. The onion rings were great last year but like the other review, they didnt seem freshly cooked this time. The front attendant tried to satisfy us but didnt seem like a team effort.
1/7/22 11:09am - First time to BurgerFi. Advertisement on the wall inside - "Less like fast food, More like a gourmet experience"? I think NOT! Ordered BFi cheeseburger and UltBacon cheese burger. The bacon and beef patties on these burgers were (over) cooked sometime other than today. Then today, for my order they were microwaved past rigormortis slapped together with green tomato, pickles and cheese between stale brittle buns. This is a new low, even for Lubbock
If I could give this spot a negative star I would. The cashier was not friendly and didn't let us know our food was ready. She reaked of unhappy worker that didn't want to be there.The Burgers were packed in a nice box and we were given generous portions of fries and onion rings. The burger I ordered was the ceo. It is suppose to be spicy but it was not. The meat was flavorless! My husband got a double burger with all the fixing except the fixings were one piece of lettuce, 1 tomato slice, a squirt of random sauce and 2 under seasoned patties. This meal cost us 30 bucks and I couldn't even finish all of mine because of the horrible taste. There were no drinks with that 30 dollar order. Also the onion rings were too big to enjoy well. I should've gotten a McDonald's happy meal with my son instead. At least I would not have been too disappointed.
