Got wings to go today. Should have looked at them before I left. Got back to work to some dry “Jammin jalapeño” and “Asian zing” wings.Very disappointed to have this come from B-Dubs.UPDATE: Manager took care of it in a very positive & professional manner.Great customer service & we feel like she valued us a customer not just taking care of the issue.
Came to this location last night for a friend’s birthday. Most of the party showed up at 10:30, I was late getting off work so I didn’t show up until 11:30. Part of the table had their drinks, some didn’t, and food hadn’t come out yet, and this was at the hour mark. Took me three times to get the waitress’s attention in order to get a drink and food ordered. She was rude, and I’m pretty sure she forgot my food because when She brought out food for the rest of the table, I asked her how long it would be and she looked like she forgot. No one got refills. We asked for a manager a couple of times, even walked up to the bar to speak to one, and he seemed more interested in the UFC fight on TV. Never actually came by our table. The waitress didn’t even know who ordered what, and had to fix the checks multiple times. Everyone else around us was taken care of quickly, so I’m not sure what the deal was. Worst service I've ever had from any restaurant.
honestly one of the WORST experiences we’ve ever had at a buffalo wild wings location…to start off…our waitress was rude to us our entire visit. asked multiple times for multiple things and it took forever to get anything. then our food came out all bone in when we asked for bone out. didn’t refill our drinks one time. we all even ate the ice out of them. asked for our checks and it took 20 minutes until we got them. I’d understand if it were busy in there, but it wasn’t. buffalo wild wings is our favorite place to go, but we won’t be returning to this location.
Had lunch with a friend. Left a $10 cash tip on a $27.06 ticket, which I though was decent. Well apparently, the waitress felt it wasn't enough and added $20 to my credit card charge. I was surprised when I saw the $47.06. Be wary and careful here.
LUCY IS AMAZING!!! Honestly, I thought i had great service at BWW until tonight..she was EXCEPTIONAL! We never had to ask for refills, she anticipated our every need. Food was a bit slow coming out but not her fault. She was running a large area and did so with grace! She was very upbeat & had great knowledge about the menu and Blazin' Rewards. We happened to get 50% off our meal from being members. One thing that blew my mind was, we declined the last offer for refills on our fountain drinks, we ordered dessert & she in the very least offered water. Not mind blowing to some but I don't usually get this type of consideration. If you're not getting my drift...Lucy's amazing! I wish I could've tipped more, but I hope she loved what we DID leave. We need more people like her in the industry!Ode to Lucy aside, the food was yummy as usual ?
This is the only location that's worth anything, and has the best service to offer when it comes to the franchise. This is the hard reality of things. It's possibly the cleanest of them all. But I don't know what the kitchen looks like either. However the food isn't sloppy or ugly
Horrible experience. Waitstaff was good, but there was a hair in the food, the game over the speakers was too loud, and the manager, when we complained, was a jerk. This BWW has really gone downhill.
What happened to this place? The last 2 times we have been here it has been terrible. Waitress was good. Food was terrible. Ordered boneless wings. Wings were cold and old. The sauces, Parm and Garlic and lemon pepper were obviously jar sauces poured over them cold. The potato wedges were the best thing we ordered. They came out fresh and hot. I am so disappointed. In the past, we have spent hours watching football and enjoying the wings with our friends. Tonight, the wings came out super fast. 1st indication that something was not right. Total time there, less than 40 min. I would rather wait 40 mins for better quality food. We will miss you.
Worst service ever!!!! Worst food I've ever received at a BWW....wing were ice cold, French fries were cold had to send the food back & it was like the cook just put the food in the microwave to heat it up, our server was no better nor apologetic about the food we got...this place needs an upgrade & it starts with management so they can do some proper training....$76 later wasn't anywhere worth that price....won't return & I don't recommend it especially for dinner time...
Ordered Dirty Dubs Tots which are $11.79 and they are out of brisket. No problem, can we have the order without the brisket? With some discussion with the waitress because she doesn't how to push that button she figures out how to place the order. Ended paying over $12 for basically Dirty Dubs Tots without brisket, which makes no sense to pay that much for a menu item without the main pricey item. When asked the management can't do anything about it because that is what there computer tells them to do. In the future we will spend our money where customer service and common sense prevails.
