This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Was hoping for some good food. However I was severely disappointed. Our server was polite but slow and didn’t seem to know the menu. The booth that we sat in was uncomfortable. They were not busy at all maybe three other tables in the whole restaurant. Having said that our food took thirty minutes to come. We just ordered wings and a kids Mac and cheese. After waiting so long for the food it was a huge let down. The wings were mediocre at best. Pizza Hut has better wings. Really dissatisfied with the service, food, and how overpriced everything was. Will never go back.
Waited over 1.5 hours for our food and still didn’t get it. Ended up paying for kids food/drinks and leaving before food came out.

The worst experience ever. 45 minutes to an hour to get our food. The place was not busy at all for that wait time. Waitress did not check in on us, we had to ask how much longer on our food to another server. We get our food and feels like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I take a bite of my first wing to find a hair. My fiancé takes my food to the front to inform the manager. Our server returns and does not even apologize or acknowledge the hair found in my food. Again we wait another 20 minutes when we decide to just cancel the order and pay for the food that we got. Another server on the other hand gave us a refill and napkins because we asked. This will be our last time going to this Buffalo Wild Wings location.
Food came quickly, well prepared, and my waitress, Bianca, was very positive, cheerful, welcoming. Never disapponted when Bianca or Veronica are my waitesses.
Last time I come to this place .Got the honey bbq wings and large basket of potato wedgesTook like like 2 mins before the wings came backThe last 10 wings we had was cold ,Asked the server . He said it was cause of the sauce but the wings felt like they were sitting there forA while ,Worst mistake ,Large basket of wedges looked like a small basketWasn’t worth the 10 dollars spent ,We go to the one on 19th and usually the wedges over there was way more than what we got at this locationU can tell from the picture I didn’t even eat the entire wing , because how cold the wing was !Terrible mistake coming to this location
Our waitress was very nice and friendly. I was not impressed with the cleanliness. It took almost 2 hours for us to get all of our food. Might have just been some bad luck. It tasted really good though.
I can’t stand the BWW on University in Lubbock. Used to go regularly, then they started messing up orders. Haven’t been back for 3 years, decided to give them another shot. Same result!! They suck, can’t count to 10 on a to go order, and the best I get from the manager after I drove home without all my food was come back for a 5 wing credit. Not worth the gas, last money spent there! Do not use this location, absolutely horrible
Only reason this gets one star is because I cannot give this 0 stars. Went here to have dinner, a few drinks and watch the basketball game. Walked in and the sign read to seat ourselves. So we walked through there and the only table we saw was in the bar area. So we took a seat. I know they are probably short handed and I feel bad for the people that are working there, that is why we try to leave a good tip for wait staff, they are under paid and over worked during this time. However, we sat there for 45 minutes and no one came up and said one word to us. Not a hello we will be with you in a minute or anything. If they would have acknowledged us we would have probably stayed longer. My wife even went to the bar to order drinks and after standing there for 10 minutes being overlooked she had had enough and we left. This is the third time in a row that we have had a bad experience here, las time they lost our online order and the time before that we had under cooked chicken. But we understand accidents happen and kept giving this place a chance but not anymore. Sorry Buffalo Wild Wings but I will go other places for my wings now.
