I went to Braums and ordered “two scoops of vanilla ice cream with Oreos and hot fudge”. The lady type in my order and I paid. She then called a fellow employee over and said “it wouldnt let me ring in her sundae so could you just add some fudge to the top of her ice cream”. The coworker came over and looked at how she rang in my order, then told me she put my order in wrong and there was about an 80¢ difference and asked me to insert my card for a refund and then to pay again. I did as he asked thinking he was doing me a favor, turns out they charged me an extra 80¢. I was surprised they would charge me extra for their mistake.
This location is different than any other I've been to. They only have a set menu for ice cream. Just the feel of the place was different. It felt industrial.
Employees are courteous and friendly, greet people as they enter for restaurant side or store side. Restaurant is open for breakfast has nice choices of food, Menu a has options of meals or sandwiches. The ice cream side of the menu is by far popular for their choices of flavors regular and seasonal, choices of sundaes, cones, cups and other choices for specialty ice cream dishes.
I marked 3 but it's more like 3 1/2 ⭐. The food tasted very good. The people were all nice, and everything we could see was clean. However my order was wrong. The burger I ordered was supposed to have mustard, not Mayo and it was not supposed to have tomatoes or onions. It came with onions pickles and Mayo. But the gentleman at the counter did repeat our order. I corrected him on the part of the order that was wrong. It appeared he corrected it reread the order correct. But it didn't make it in the bag correct. Better luck next time maybe.
My husband and I like to come here for their banana split. Their banana split is large enough for both of us to share. The ice cream is amazing and have many flavors to choose from. I have yet to try any of their hot foods. There is a small section inside the store to shop for essential groceries which are priced at a reasonably affordable prices.
I was in the drive through, at the speaker, and an employee came out and made a throat-slashing sign. I rolled my window down and the employee stated “we’re closed.” I protested, to no avail, that I was at the speaker before closing time. This Braum’s store just slit its own throat. They will never have to deal with me as a customer again.
I wouldn’t suggest this locationRude guy cashier ! Didn’t get his name !Asked for braum sauce on the side , said I had to ask the last window see if they even had it availableBasically i had to pay to find out if they had the sauce availableI would of asked for a refund if they didn’t have the sauce ,And then the sauce is like little cups ! The other location has bigger containers!Do yourself a favor don’t go to this one ,
The ice cream was to die for the hamburgers not so much but it's an ice cream place they specialize in ice cream so I wouldn't expect him to hamburgers to be all that but the ice cream was to die for in the customer service from their employees was exemplary I mean absolutely perfect
I would have given a 5 star rating, but I had to wait at the front counter for roughly 5 minutes. There was no attendant at the from. Otherwise, we had ice cream on this day and it was excellent.
Their chocolate yogurt on cone is to die for! Fantastic taste and price ($1). Can't have enough! ?Used to have it every weekend when I was in Lubbock Texas. Sadly, don't live there anymore.MISS YOU BRAUM'S!
