Great food and ice cream, go there atleast 4 times a week, my grandkids love Braums
Good food, mediocre service. Would not recommend to eat inside.They have ketchup and special sauce pumps that were both empty. We asked if they could refill it, they said they would - they never did. We went back up to ask again, and they completely ignored us.
Ordered crispy chicken sandwich and strawberry shake both were delicious and fresh. They also have good burgers at a reasonable price.
Gave me a cold slice of cheese on my burger and didn’t give the flavor of shake I wanted.
Speaker did not get answered, took a couple of minutes before got window help and then another couple of minutes before I got my order, they were not busy, this is a pretty new one lace and hard to believe the service is so bad!
Lovely staff. Seems like a great place for teens to have a start for a job. Start out is 14! Service was lovely. Would return here any time.
This was my first time eating here and I had the worst lunch today. I waited inside for 30 minutes for my order which was cold, both the fries and the burger. While waiting, people had to get cups and lids from the counter because they were empty in the self serve area. The ice machine had no ice so people were bringing cups to the counter where the server scooped ice directly into the cups without using a scoop. Maybe they were short handed today but I won't be eating there again.

It's amazing to think that just a couple of years ago this store pulled in lines of traffic so long the police were needed. Today we were the only ones in the store for a period of time. Staff was friendly and the orders were made correctly.
Had a great experience here on 12/27/21 6:30pm with my brother, really great customer service and the team leader seemed like she was encouraging her co workers. Great food at a great price. First ever Braun’s experience was a great one!
