We were so excited to finally have Braums in Lubbock. We've been so disappointed at how dirty this location is. We've taken big groups in and every single table was dirty. It has happened every time.The food and ice cream are great. Wish it was clean so we could go more often.
This place is nutritious for sending half the meal in the drive through. Gas is higher than ever there is no reason anyone should have to go back to the store because they forget half the order. Check your bags people. Very dissatisfied with the service here and the management.
First time having ice cream here. Was very good. I didn't even know they served ice cream. The first time I had anything from here it was food. This was my 2nd visit. Will be visiting more.
Love braums in general and the food was good, the service was barely adequate, but the restaurant is disgusting. Only two other guests in the whole store, a kitchen FULL of employees, and every single table was dirty, the floors were disgusting, and the dispensers were completely empty with new bags stacked on top.
Came in 30 mins before closing and they couldn’t serve me . Just wanted fries but they said they were closed even though they close at 1045. Poor customer service. I workIn restaurant business and know this is not the service you provide to customers. Close at 10 if y’all want to leave so early.
Ok so the store is good but the hygiene is the worst. The person THREW THE TRASH and just left it over there touching the produce door. The person who was giving us Ice-cream picked up the trash from the floor DIDN’T WASHED hands and was scooping ice cream. Also we WASN’T WEARING GLOVES
Food and all was good, but entire dining area was dirty. High chairs, tables, floors were nasty and needed attention. Lots of staff behind counter. Management either out or don't pay attention. Very sad, we love Braums. Nice, new building and managers need to have place cleaning instead of all talking or hanging behind counter. Food and flies on floors and tables.
I really like the store at Milwaukee they did a great job they slipped me in order of cold fries. But without argument she gave me a fresh one right out of the first batch. To me that's absolutely great service taking care of your customer first no matter what. The manager deserves a pat on the back when you walk into the store it's always clean it's always well taken care of. And when you walk up to the counter they treat you like family I like all the locations in Lubbock. But honestly this one is my favorite the staff is very friendly. No matter where you go to in the store and in general this is a very well maintained location and it seems like they're on top of everything. I encourage you if you're on the side of town at canyon west to stop in and have a burger have some ice cream or get some milk these folks will treat you just like if you walked into their house. In a diversity of this crew is absolutely amazing they work like a well-oiled machine. I've not ever come into a restaurant where people work this good with each other it's like they know exactly what the other person is thinking. And get right to it.
The ambience was lively. The icecream excellent and the food tasty. The staff were friendly. All in all a good dining experience
no stars the lady at the window was the rudest encounter I’ve experienced at a fast food restaurant in my life, all i was asking for was extra dipping sauce and when i asked for more she rolled her eyes and said “oh my god” then threw the sauce at me. I know everyone has a bad day but don’t be the center of people with that attitude.
