I go here quite often it's not even .5 miles away from me , but the customer service is poor every time I go , just got back from there and left with no ketchup because I forgot it wasn't offered or even brought up , they don't even talk to u , just scan the card and hand the bag of food out the window it'd be worth while going next door to Chick-fil-A where the customer service is a WORLD of difference
Love the cheeseburgers. However this time the burger was cold and the fries were cold. The drink and catsup bar was dirty with only one container working. No raspberry tea in the dispenser. Trash overflowing, and food and trash on the floor. Who would want to eat here? If you go, go through the drive thru. Milwaukee/40th store.
Great burgers, great fries, great ice cream, great prices. The seating area is always clean, the employees are always helpful and attentive, food comes out quick. Their Braum’s sauce is so good - like a fry sauce with a good kick to it. My family and I like to come here and eat inside for a low-cost dinner out.
Ordered a chicken strip dinner saw on the screen it said a cheeseburger meal so I politely ask is that the chicken strip dinner. And they responded yes so I pull forward to pay and they say you had the number 2 I said no they number 10 they again said oh yes that’s it and what do they give me a cheeseburger and then blame me and say I thought you said a number 2

I've always known about this place. But never been. Till recently. It's actually really good! The ice cream is amazing. And the food they serve is delicious. I highly recommend
Braums has the best fast food fries, ice cream treats, and milk. This location nailed our drive thru order, were timely, friendly and courteous.

I always do reviews good or bad I just want to tell the owners why do they have kids trying to run a business 1/2 of them can’t read we waited over 30 min for a burger they remade this burger 5 times and still didn’t get it right no cheese kept putting cheese on it 4 different people came and took the order all 4 messed it up then gave cold fries asked for our money back $25.84 got back $24.22 just say n you have to be able to read in order to proceed. Stay in school kids stay in school
Staff is professional, friendly, efficient, and helpful. Food is good. Ice cream is great! This location is great.
