We were celebrating my friendâs birthday. We had a reservation and we were seated with no wait time. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive and got our drinks out to us fairly quickly and took our orders. Food was delicious and so were the desserts. The manager, John Mark, come by our table not once, but twice and was very personable. We enjoyed our dinner and will return.
This restaurant so amazing to have a family or date night dinner, as soon as you walk in it looks so elegant and the lights are just beautiful, the hostess welcome you with a smile and are so kind. Our server Monica was amazing she was kind and always made sure we we were doing good. And the manager/boss was walking around multiple times to greet and meet the other people, very respectful. But the food is the best food ever especially the ? and the drinks ? and deserts. ?
I usually don't write google reviews but I felt like I needed to for this place. I haven't had good experiences here recently. I came in a month ago and I asked for my burger medium rare and they burnt it a lot. I ate it anyway and overlooked this issue. Today however, I placed a to-go order online for some food and they canceled the order WITHOUT notifying me that one of the meals was missing. I come in to pick up my food and they claimed to not have the order and then they magically found it in the system. They told me they had to make me pay for the entree again that I had already paid for and I also noticed that the transaction was not pending on my card. The to-go were not super friendly (and usually aren't). Hopefully this issue resolved soon and my order is refunded but until then don't order from Bj's to-go unless you want no communication to when your order is canceled.

Went with a party of 6 on a Sunday evening about 7:00 pm. We were seated within 30 minutes. Our server did an excellent job. The food was good, but it wasn't a good value for their prices. That's the reason for 3 stars.
Food was great . Server deaundre was pretty good. But the hosts were very dicriminative towards me and my mother, and i assume it was because my mother is handicapped. They ignored us on our way out.after we told them we appreciate their service . But they responded very politely to the family behind us. And made us wait 20 minutes to be sat when there was more than 14 tables available after goin in and counting myself. Because they were letting other parties in before us. That had no reservations and just showed up. I won't be going back for awhile. I hope they get some staff that know how to treat people. I definitely felt discriminated against
BJ restaurants always have a consistently good food. They have a great menu with a lot of variety, which is great when you have a large group. The beer choices are very good. I would definitely come back again.
Male hostess was not personable or friendly. Waiter did not know the menu and could not answer simple questions. Happy hour only applies to the bar and patio seating. That is completely asinine. We were not even offered a choice. Gets a three because of the food and decor. Won’t be back.
Chicken club was too rare and did not have tri tip salad so Caesar salad had wilted lettuce and tomatoes on kids pizza was a no go
