This place has my favorite Mac n cheese in town. Today I got the Mac n cheese bowl with brisket and it was delicious! Their green Chile corn is so good too. & the peach cobbler ? My husband & I love coming here! Fast & friendly service as well. Good job!!!

Food had decent flavor, it however came out cold and that isn't something that should happen paying so much for a meal. I would of just stayed home and made a sandwich. The place lacks hospitality as well, no interaction with any employee besides ordering.

I had a terrible experience on a call in order. I did the family style and should have got 2 lbs of meat but only got about 0.75 lbs. The receipt says 4 meats at 1/2 lb. I know meat prices are high but if you cut the meat in half and charge the same that is ridiculous!! I have supported your restaurant many times but will never come back again.

The brisket was cut wrong and metallic tasting and super fatty. I could hardly cut it…with a knife! I’ve always loved bighams so I was shocked and am disappointed. Hesitant to spend another 50$ on food I couldn’t even eat.

Thank you for hosting our fundraising dinner, we came in with a large group - we had a line out the door - an hour before closing and the team handled it well. I got the "Number 2 Family Pack" and a couple of stuffed potatoes. The moist brisket was on point, the sausage is one of our favorites in Lubbock - and the portions were great! The peach cobbler was phenomenal as well, look forward to coming back for a Frito pie!

It's ok. We were a large group an hour before closing but they knew we were coming. Ran out of baked potatoes, I get it it was the daily special, ran out of tea and was told it is what it is, the mac and cheese was cold, the sausage was lukewarm. The tacos were tiny, one slice of brisket and cole slaw. It took almost 30 minutes to get our order. It was just not a good experience.

Haven’t ate at the 19th St location in forever! It was pretty good, a little expensive but the rib plate came with meaty ribs and I couldn’t even eat a half a plate. So not bad for 2 meals. Just wanted to share that their pinto beans are THE best!!

The turkey I ordered for my kid’s meal is extremely dry. We came for the chicken but the lady said they were out of chicken and ribs. We were about to walk out but decided to stay since we wanted peach cobbler. After we already paid and sat down at our table, the lady notified us that they were out of peach cobbler. I mean things happen right? But when we got our food, my apple cobbler was room temperature, turkey was dry and cold, my brisket which I ordered moist, was also dry. I ordered the rosemary French fries since my husband ordered it in the past and I really liked it. However, I was served only regular fries which was also cold and unsalted. Mind you, we were the first ones to walk in for dinner. The place was empty so there was no reason for our food to be cold. Obviously the fries have been sitting there for awhile then it was served to us. I probably wouldn’t the complaining about this if it was at some cheap fast food chain. We paid $50+ for some meal that we could have just made at home while blindfolded. No wonder why the place was empty.

We came here for the peach cobbler. When we first got there they told us they were out of chicken and rib no big deal. We ordered our food and cobbler. Then after we got our food they told us they were out of cobbler. We also ordered the rosemary fries and got regular fries. They substituted our cobblers for apple cobbler and cherry cobbler. My cherry cobbler was warm but my wife’s apple cobbler was cold.

The Marsha Sharp location. Staff were pushy and rude! Very unaccommodating. The older lady running the register had a poor attitude. And very expensive. I know BBQ is high but $26 for a 3 meat plate and drink is outrageous
