I have NEVER been more disappointed in a resturant than this one. I ordered Mei fun and it smelled awful and had no taste whatsoever. I asked for extra sauce on it and the noodles were dry and the vegetables were hardly cooked. My son's dinner was General Taos alnd let me just say our dinner was $41 bucks and I won't ever ever waste my money buying from there againOur delivery from Uber eats was great though..
Employees were very nice and the food tasted great. We got the Mongolian beef, the lo mein, and the sweet and sour chicken
We've been going here for at least 7 years and have tried almost everything on the menu. Never a mistake on an order and the food awesome
I usually go to this place when I work for door dash and it always smells amazing so I finally got some food for myself and the only thing I regret is not doing it sooner . Ahh my food was so delicious and the servings are huge .. I had food left over for the next day. Thank yall for making my night ?
The food was amazing!!! Ordered take out on Christmas Day food was hot fresh and delicious. They were really busy but that did not stop them from being on point with food and customer service. Will definitely be back anyone looking for a great dish i recommend the Mongolian beef!
Ordered Happy Family and although menu said it had scallops, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots there was none. Basically 2 pieces of chicken, 3 small slivers of beef, 4 small shrimp, about a table spoon of cabbage, and lots of broccoli, carrots, zucchinis, and onions. Did I say very little brown sauce? And despite missing 3 of the main ingredients, I was charged full price. Who knows how the food might taste if it were not overcooked and in need of a reheat in the microwave. Really disappointed, I expected better. Don't see myself going back. Guess I'll have to keep looking for someplace to get my Chinese food fix. Spent $40 for lukewarm overcooked food. Oh well, I came, I saw, I tasted, and I'm done.
Food was great! Restaurant was extremely clean (so so so clean!!) and staff was friendly and polite. One of the best restaurants I have eaten at in Lubbock. Definitely recommend!
Get the Mongolian Beef. They aren't joking when they say they specialize in Mongolian BBQ.
I do not see how anyone can be unhappy about this establishment! Everytime I dine here the food is piping hot and fresh, and the employees are always courteous and willing to do anything the customer asks of them! The dinner special is a great deal for the $ and the hot and sour soup is FANTASTIC!!! So for those unhappy few maybe you should try something other than just a rice dish!?!?! And for all others do not be discouraged by the couple complainers PLEASE.... This is a GREAT place to eat at!!!
After my husband doing Uber eats he picks up a lot of the times there always busy so we thought we would give it a try my husband ordered the house fried rice it was very dry and only had 1 shrimp 3 little pieces of steak and The the rest was chicken. I ordered the chicken fried rice it was very very dry and bland. Also has egg rolls they were burned and not worth the 4.50 for 2 burned and small. So after paying 40.00 it was not worth it and definitely will not be back to eat there. We will stick to China town. ??
