Excellent , I recommend this place to the public and its very affordable and cheap
This location is so gross and super slow. It took an employee 5 minutes to make my milkshake and while I was waiting, I noticed another employee open caramel syrup with their teeth. All of the tables were dirty as were their counters. One employee ran their hands through the very noticeable crumbs on the counter while walking by. We won't be back again.
Stopped by tonight for a treat, wanted to go inside to look at flavors, both doors locked at 8pm. Sign on door says they are open til 10. Went around to drive thru, asked if dining room was open, disinterested employee sad not at the moment. He did offer to read me all the flavors. I declined. Went to Weinerschnitzel down the street, got my dipped cone for 1/2 the price. How are any of the Baskin Robbins stores even still in business?
This location is a joke.. they answer their phones and hang up almost immediately. Nice customer service dude

4 th time in row even at 9:10pm. says 10pm til close speaker system is quiet as hell. They locked doors tell everyone drive thru there closed. 4th time sunday at 1pm no donuts lazy or somthing. Had drive clear university to check and boom 0 issues everytime in last yr i go to that location
They are not interested in your business. Closed well before posted closing time (30+ minutes) because the kids wanted to go home. Apparently, hours of operation are merely a suggestion.
Tried to get some ice cream tonight with my family, and the doors are locked. No signs stating the dining area is closed. In fact, there are signs on the doors showing hours that’s the dining room is open and disinfected for the customers safety. Yes the drive thru was open, but I don’t want to sit in my car and eat ice cream, or race home before it melts. Poor example Baskin-Robbins. You had one job, and you can’t even do that effectively.
Friendly service. Had to wait for tea to brew, so they gave us complimentary donuts. Awesome!
