Went with a large group after a graduation ceremony without realizing that it was just before closing time. They took very good care of us without saying the word. They were very friendly. Food was great. Came back an hour after closing to check with us to see if we might want any more food before they close the kitchen. That's when we realized the time. Great food, friendly staff, great little HideAway restaurant. Highly recommend.
My server was great, the limonada , and tacos el pastor were on par if not the best I've had in Lubbock. The hot sauce was on point as well, if you want good, actual tacos and Mexican food ... This is one you shouldn't miss.The only thing I wished I had seen on the menu was mole. The Pazole is calling today.

Hey guys, so its been over a year since I've ordered takeout from Arandas. Very authentic food, I ordered a breakfast burrito with egg, potato, bacon, bean, and cheese. I loved how I could taste every flavor! From the ? to the beans, eggs and cheese. Good size burrito and very flavorful! Also tortillas are home made! Eat in, order ahead, or thru the drive thru. Either way I believe you will enjoy it!
The place was packed for breakfast so I stopped in for a bite. The food was good and the prices were fair. The staff was okay at best. Overall it was just average.

Mostly Hispanic patrons and us few Gringos in there are ENJOYING CONSISTENTLY TASTY dishes. PROMPT, FRIENDLY, ACCURATE, FAST & ACCOMMODATING. The young owners who are newer parents not only remember us, but ALWAYS SEEM HAPPY TO SEE US!
