Wasn't terrible but far from the best. Got check on maybe twice in the span of an hour. Once for our drinks and order and once after the drinks got there. Food was ok. Had to wait awhile for a ticket to the point I was going to throw the money on the table and just leave. I'll give it another chance somewhere down the road but until then I'll just go somewhere else.
I ordered some food that should've took 15-25 minutes to make and so did the other person with me, there were 4 other customers in the restaurant. We were the first to order and we should've been the first to receive our food, but no the people across the restaurant got it first and it seemed like they got the same thing as the person I was with. An hour later we got tired of waiting left a tip and left.
I pretty sure they will be forced to close soon due to no staffing. Me and my son went to eat Sunday about 5pm. There was 3 partys there at the bar. Was told they only had the bartender there and he would have to ask him if he could serve us. Already then I knew service was not going to be good. We did offer to sit at the bar so it would be more convenient for the bartender but was told he would still have to ask first. We left and came to chili's
0 Stars!! We went to have a good time and got the worst service. Our appetizer was sent to the wrong table and ended up getting it with our food, the main entre and sides were delivered within 10 minutes apart and my main entre was cold and had to make a new entre, which made my side cold after delivered. The table with the family next to us was getting the most attention because one of the girls in that family was a worker at this location and got the “Special Treatment” and they got MY appetizer and everything else we deserved. I ended up paying over $60 for a meal for 2 that wasn’t worth spending money on. The cook was not doing their job in taking care of the food in a safe temperature to their customers and the manager never came out to speak to us. It was all done by a messenger (our server). I ended up bringing my food home to heat up myself. Would not recommend going if you want the slightest of good service..We honestly received good communication from our service, just not the service from the food delivery, the cook, the manager, the host and the establishment. The new hires had more respect and understanding than the originals.
I was going to enjoy a nice dinner with my family. We I enter the restaurant there was no one to greet me, so I went ahead and took a seat and started to wait. There was a couple with there kid that had been waiting 10 minutes without anyone greeting them. After waiting 10 minutes without any service went ahead and called the restaurant to talk to a manager and when the manager came on the phone he was really rude.( He let me that he could see us waiting and that we would just have to wait because he was busy. So after the rest of my party showed we were willing to wait but after hearing how I was treated we left and went to the outback nexted door.

I came to Applebee's to order takeout and have a beer...worse experience ever.After bartender asked for us to wait just a second to take the order. He became engulfed in making three drinks from service well, got into discussion with manager and rang up another order. He then proceeded to forget my nephew and I for another five minutes. Asked us for our order which was rack of baby back ribs and chicken pasta with two beer from draft.My bartender made one draft beer and half of another one...gave us one beer then proceeded to take care of one table and three people at the bar before remembering my beer that set infront of me across the bar topManager and bartender walked by beer tap and ignored me and beer for 15 minutes. I will never come to this place again.Wish they had negative stars for this place.
I came back for the first time is several years. It was actually worse than I remembered.After walking inside and waiting 10 minutes to be seated we should have followed out instincts and walked out. Once we sat down it took another 10 minutes to order drinks. I may add we where one of maybe 5 tables including the 3 guys at the bar when we walked in.We got the cheddar bites appetizer. This was good but not great. I had the chicken broccoli fettuccine alfredo. The chicken was burn pure black on one side. So burnt that the meat was inedible and rubbed the char off on all the noodles and sauce it came in contact with. The broccoli was cooked until it was hard and dried out completely. I was not happy with my meal on any level. My girlfriend got the bourbon chicken. It was not as burnt but was charred pretty hard. Her mashed potatoes where dried out and sitting on a bed of crazy over cooked vegetables that ruined them as well. Her daughter got a corn dog that was so over cooked the hotdog inside was shriveled up to be jerky. Her other daughter had the mac and cheese that was way under cooked so the noodles where hard. Her meal came out about 10 minutes after ours did.
Walked in with a party of 6 and waited for several minutes at the host stand, greeted by absolutely no one the entire time. It was as if every server and staff member was trained to actively avoid eye contact with anyone coming in the doors. A family came in after us and stood waiting as well, so there were 10 of us just chilling. We finally left and, when pulling out of the parking lot minutes later, saw the family of 4 leaving too. Never coming back.
Love it. Beers are very cold. Had the shrimp salad was very delicious. Staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you
