I had a retirement party for a coworker and the waitress was awesome! The party room was very clean. It's a fun place for a party and the food is good!

I have been coming here for over 20 years. The service this evening was horrible. They need to can their hostesses! They were extremely rude and after an hour and a half wait we left! No manager on site just rude employees. We left and one of the hostesses said to f### offf! I’ve never been treated with such disrespect!
This place had an amazing waiter. We never had to ask for refills, he was on top of everything and there were at least 30 of us there the rented room. He did a really great job. We were able to use two of the rooms, even though we only booked one room. When it came time for the other half of the room, (that was reserved), they were so polite and asked us to give up our tables. We even helped them clean up a bit. Didn't mind at all what a great staff they have here. By then the kids were so ready to play games and we didn't need it. The staff was super nice . The chips and salsa were good. Food came out fresh and hot. Husband said there were people running around cleaning tables and the many, many games every few minutes, and a sweeper cleaning the floors. The other areas of the restaurant, had an area for drinks and food and great music playing, Everyone was having a blast laughing and it was just a fun party place. A very nice place for families. We will give it another try soon.
Excellent service and late night accommodation for graduation celebration party of 18! Ms Tiffany had everything set up for our party on arrival and was professional and kind throughout our time there! Everything went smoothly and we all had a great time! The food was delicious ? The kids had their own table area set up and even children activities: crayon and paper. Recommend this place A+ and sincerely thank Tiffany!! We'll definitely be back.
Had a great waiter, but the food was just 'eh'. The steak burrito had very little meat in it, but it tasted good.Game machines are really packed in there, no distancing available, if you are wanting to do that. It looked like they had a person dedicated to wiping down the games and keeping them clean.Friendly staff, especially considering how many people they're dealing with at all times.
Appetizers were good but didn't come out until after our food did. Food was great but service was just ok.
We went to 50th street caboose as a family. We expected to have an enjoyable time, but we were completely unsatisfied. First the wait for our food was an hour or longer and when the food finally arrived at our table it was cold! They forgot one of my husbands sides and some other items were never brought out to us. After eating our cold food we decided to let the kids play a few games. The games were fine. The service at the game counter however was equivalent to the food temperature…cold!!! The young lady at the counter misplaced our game card and told us there was nothing she could do. She proceeded to interact with me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I ended up having to request to speak to a manager due to her inability to communicate. The experience this Sunday afternoon was such a disappointment. From the food to the service there was not a presence of enjoyment. The service that we received today was absent of their moto “family fun”. Think twice before you decide to waste your money at this establishment.
Definitely need someone else at the host stand (In Tech Jersey) unless you are trying to deter patrons from eating here. This person spent more time smacking their gum and playing with their hair. They tried their hardest to get everyone to go open seating or the Bar instead of regular seating. Make the customers the priority and the customers will take care of you. I don't chalk this up to staffing shortage more than staffing selection and training. NO MANAGERS PRESENT OR IN SIGHT. Our Waitress Hailey was awesome!!!!
Always a pleasant treat to come and dine for lunch or supper. No matter what I choose from the menu, I am always sure to be satisfied. The game room and pool tables are a bonus. Not just a place to have family dinner time but a place for some fun and laughter too!
