If I could give 0 stars I would. Order was messed up and instead of them fixing it they called me a liar and hung up the phone in my face. Called back the employee Angelique said her name was crystal when clearly her name was on her name tag when we picked up the order. She said manager would call and he/she never did. She was very rude like why would I spend $54 and say an order of wings were missing. Instead of getting the order right they called us liars. I have never been treated this way in my life. Poor customer service at its finest!!!
Wings are good. A little too expensive. Disappointed they don't offer thighs any more.
Every time I get my food it’s cold and soggy because they don’t have heat lamps for pick up orders. It’s VERY disappointing.
We really haven't been to a bad Wingstop! The food is always served hot and fresh. I really love the way they do their fries! This location was probably the busiest I've seen in awhile for a Saturday night. There was about 20 to go orders that left out in the hour we were there. The Hawaiian is my favorite.
The food was good, but the service was not very organized.
I’m surprised by the negative reviews. We have eaten at this location for years and never had a bad experience. Once one item in our order was wrong on a to go order and they remade the whole order so it would be fresh.

Don't go to this Wingstop!The worst service I have ever experienced! They refused to help me, made me wait 30 minutes for my food (even though I could clearly see it from the drink station), finally got food told them it was cold they laughed, refused to correct the situation. I asked for manager and was told the manager left for the night.
