The service was awful, the lady in front had a horrible face when ever my children and I ordered our food . Later on they gave us our food and it was kinda uncooked I was really sad because I really wanted to take my children to eat for their birthdays Im never going to this place ever again!! It was disgusting and an awful service!!!!????????????

Best wingstop location in Longview… the other locations do NOT drain the grease properly. I SOOOO WISH THEY WOULD MAKE THE NEW FLAVOR , “Orange Szechuan” permanent. It is a MUST try!
Man this place used to be so good. Ordered 20 wong this evening and every flavor we got (garlic parmesan, mild, bbq was just so bland! We ordered flavored for some flavor. The fries were undercooked in my opinion so got very soggy very fast with the cheese and ranch on them. Was very disappointed in all the food! And omg at the wait time. Dont think we will get wing stop again.
The food was okay. But as my husband was eating his fries their was a piece of hair. We called to inform the manager Victoria and she was not remorseful at all. She did offer to remake it, but that wasn't a good idea being that hair was just found in the food.

Place an online order arrived after 22 minute quoted time. Waited an additional 18 minutes get home Fries had no seasoning and wings were hard and twice fried. The front counter were no help. We had boneless wings which should take 3-5 minutes max.
The wings were good but, the ac was not working right. EXTREMELY HOT !!!LONG wait times
