Make sure u check ur order at this location!!I ordered 24 lemon pepper wings and they gave me buffalo instead which of course I didn't notice until I got ALLLLL the way home. I called them,let them know. They said they needed 20 mins to fix it,it took them atleast 30, no apology was made to me at all..very disappointed ?
When this location first opened it was on point . It has recently went downhill in customer service and quality. Try the one on fourth street for a better experience.
I asked for hot lemon pepper wings 8 PC meal they forgot both my fries ND the wings was just mild I called the girl wrote my name down it was 5 minutes to closing so I couldn't go back that night called the next day mr.miosis said he was tired of talking to me and said talk to this black girl
Bad everything is just bad !Wings are dry after telling them you want them wet not cooked rigth fries are berly evened cooked and worst of all couldn’t even get my money back !!
This has been my second time with food poisoning from here in less a month time span. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Check your order before leaving.Good nice sized wings. Hot and cooked well. I ordered veggie sticks and got fries. Jesus and his manager really need to be more conscientious. When I called back, Jesus changed his story a few times. The order being incorrect was the detractor.
Im Tre I go here alot and the customer service it great with even greater food couldn't ask for better
