I ordered delivery thru the official whataburger app and they “whataburger” CANCELED my order. Not only did they cancel my order. The manager made my drinks and retook my order like he was about to make my food. 15 mins later he comes from the back saying he can’t make my order. Over an hour of my time wasted and still didn’t get my breakfast. I will NEVER order from that WHATABURGER again. They refused to give me a refund. Worst management I’ve seen in a long time.
Perfect as usual. Our burgers were perfectly made a o ordered. The young ladies working the register were very friendly. The dining room was well maintained and the bathroom was also very clean.Traveling through many towns it can be a chore to find good food, friendly people and clean bathrooms. Whataburger did not disappoint.
Was very disappointed in this locations customer service. I placed an order on the app during lunch. As I left work I got the notification that my food was being prepared and thought, “oh awesome! My food will be waiting on me when I get there!” So I walked into the restaurant and told them my name and that I had an app order. I was told to step to the side and my name would be called when it was ready. A little annoyed, I did just that. Ten minutes later, I asked if I could at least go ahead and fix my drink. Upon completing this, I waited another five minutes before getting back in line and asking AGAIN if there was an order under my name ready to be picked up. Only then did the woman behind the counter check to see that my food had been under the counter the whole time. By this time I barely had enough time to make it back to work and eat. My burger was wrong AND I didn’t receive the fries I payed for. Don’t expect anything from these people and you won’t be let down. Go somewhere else for lunch. Trust me
Service is better!! Friendly cashier and she came and checked on me during my meal. Received my food fast.
This location has the absolute worst customer service!!! I've been to this location a few times and the wait time to get food seems to get longer , and longer each time . This morning it took over 30 minutes to get two breakfast tacos in the drive through. I waited at the box for 10 minutes just to order, and when I finally received my food it was cold . Major changes need to be made at this location for sure
If you're ever in a hurry or just want your breakfast in a decent time, then this location is not for you. Don't know why but the drive through is as fast as a tortoise who's tired and sleepy.
Ordered a half order of biscuits and gravy meal. Did not receive my hasbrowns. The gravy was like water. To consume I would of had to taken a bite of the biscuit and a drink of the gravy. I also ordered a breakfast platter with bacon with a side of hasbrowns they were very greasy dabbed them up in a napkin but that did only so much.
Can't go wrong with this place. Great food. Quick service. Staff was friendly. Walking distance from truck parking.
This store is usually the one I go to every morning. The African american gentlemen is friendly and gets my food out quickly. The past two morning its been a different man. The service has been horrible. I sat in the drive thru 26 minutes yesterday. Today I couldnt even get someone to take my order so I took my business elswhere.
Was too hungry to take pictures. I ordered online curbside service. I arrived to pick up my order. My food was hot & delicious. I ordered sweet & spicy bacon burger which was fresh & good.
