First visit to this Whataburger & I did not have a good experience. My order came out before others in the drive through, so I tried pulling away but found myself stuck. I called the store and asked if cars could be redirected or something else to free me. I was told I’ll have to wait. I asked to speak to the manager on duty to verify this, and the female manager hung up on me.
Waited in line at the drive-through for 45 minutes at midnight about just to get tired an leave without food. I wasnt drunkn hungry either. I had just got off work. And this has happened before but no longer then 25 minutes. Might consider a few more workers on the weekend so that thoughs who get off work late can eat quickly and get ready for the next day ;/

Horrible experience. The staff there could never get our order right. Finally got our money back and went to Sonic! Do not go to Gilmer Whataburger on Sunday morning
Id give zero stars if i could. Curbside delievery here means you have to go in and get your order after waiting for 30 mins theb wait another 20 mins inside. They have zero standards for employees and actual custoner service.
Drink needed carbonation and got a second drink that didn't improve and didn't get crispy well done fries like requested. But overall good food like normal. Overall enjoyed my meal
Sometimes it's good but most of the time that I have gone it's not up to Whataburger standard's about 1 out of 4 times it's bad ?

Went today and called inside while I was in the drive thru because of the order being wrong and employee Naz was rude and hung up on us. Called back and spoke to Kyle and he refused to give us her name and so he put the manager on the phone Daniel who was more so concerned with the order than the fact that rude Naz hung up in a customer's face for no reason. I want be back.
