Restaurant was clean, people were civil that took my order. Unfortunately the food obtained from this particular location truly was disappointing! The burgers were all we got, and I was visiting someone who had spine surgery. She sent me out to find a whataburger for her and both of us had soggy cold burgers! The restaurant was only 5 mins away, so sadly I have to rate this one at a 3?
Hate to post it but I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. I never eat out and was on a work trip and probably 2 hours later I was down for the count. Love whataburger and never had issues at any other one and I know it happens randomly to the best of places. Hopefully it's a rare issue. Still love the patty melt!!
Really great drive through person. Customer service is amazing at this location and the food is as good as they could make it. I don't eat whataburger often because the grease makes my stomach upset sometimes. But everytime I go, I make sure to come to this location because it has the best track record when it comes to properly making the food.
The wait… omg! We waited in the drive thru, which I know Whataburger always has a wait, but this was ridiculous! We had maybe 6 cars ahead of us… and another 10 behind us! 1 hr and 13 mins is how long we waited to order and receive our food! I had to remind them we never received our drinks, and wait for them too! But the best part was getting home and my teenager telling me his Bacon Cheese Burger had NO BACON!! The fries were cold, and coke was flat! Just wasted $20 and way too much time for food that was not hot or prepared correctly!

This is whataburger in Hallsville. Long wait for food even if called in. Order not always correct. You have 6 drinks and they asked do you need a cup carrier. Duh. Too many turn overs of employees. We need another one or better management of this one. The employee's are rude, Too far to drive back to get your order correct. Have no other option but to drive to Longview, there reviews are just as bad as ours. The burger's are great if they could only get them right.

McDonald's dining room was closed. So we went to Whataburger first time I've ever ate breakfast at Whataburger. Their biscuits are so much better than McDonald's they do not dry your mouth out. We will come more often.
