Beyond angry. Ordered with the app. Got there when the app told me it would be ready. Waited 30 minutes for my food. Was not contacted in any way. Called the restaurant to get my money back. Was told the restaurant didn't handle online orders, and to call customer service. Been on hold with customer service now for 16 minutes. Have already been charged for food I never received. I'll be disputing charges. Could not be unhappier with the service.

The Drive-thru line is always long late at night. Covid is over, so they should open the doors. One of my reasons for going out for food is because I don't want to eat at home - I want to get out.But, the order was accurate and the food was good.

if i could put 0 stars, i would! i have been sitting in the drive through for 1 hour now and i am still sitting here. and then a lady tells me to pull up after i pay, she comes up to my window and asked me what i got. i have been here for an hour….

Just can't describe the loss of good Whataburger restaurants. This used to be the best Whataburger in town. Now, none are any good, all are overpriced and we are all lamenting memories of quality food that represented care in preparation.

I went out for a late night snack.the manager that was working was very nice in professional.me in my son got our correct for the first time.the dr.pepper shake was delicious

Hot and fresh, no matter what time you go for a snack or a meal, Whataburger is always there for you, always clutch.

they made me a meatless burger, than brought me a patty and told me its not difficult for me to make my own sandwich.

I Think they could be a little more helpful with communication for the drive-thru especially during busy hours my order didn't come out complete, maybe it was my fault I'm 62 and I ordered five breakfast platters with gravy but I didn't get my gravy not realizing until I got home so I went back to the store to get my gravy and they said they did not charge me for it however maybe I forgot to say but I always have the sausage gravy with my biscuit they corrected when I return and did not charge me which is fine but my platter had gone cold so maybe when ordering a breakfast platter they should suggest to the customer if he wants gravy I'm just saying because old people like me just assume it's going to always be there and that's not the case in some situations but a little help from the staff can make a great difference to senior citizen and even young people during this pandemic and trying times when people's mind are not thinking very clearly before they speak just asking for a little more help but thank you Whataburger the food was good
