Came here a few weeks ago. Went through the drive thru. Pulled up to order and the manger was outside smoking on the phone talking about a previous customer he spoke with, telling them "I told that Bi**** pull up to the second window" I started my order only two cars ahead of me. Waited 20mins for my food. After paying asked for a receipt from the worker at the first window, she said second window would give it to me. NEVER got the receipt. Finally got the food and the whole order was wrong. By that time they shut off the lights and drive thru closed. After dealing with all that I have reached out and still haven't had anything resolved. This one deserves zero stars. Very bad customer service and experience at this location.
Delicious BREAKFAST bacon, egg & cheese biscuits!! . Location is CLEAN & employees nice . WELL I came back later & got a Dave’s single - SO DISAPPOINTED. Sandwich was SLOPPY - too much Mayo & ketchup, with only one ring of onion & a tiny piece of lettuce.& the fries were barely warm !!! ?
Don't come to this one for chicken nuggets. Never fresh and hot. Disappointed. I've tried 3xs different times and it's always the same results.Overcooked&Cold. Wish this wasn't the case cause it's so much closer than the Gilmer rd. but theirs are ALWAYS fresh.
Best spicy? chicken nuggets EVER ?! And the potato skin fries ? were AWESOME and Frosties?were thick, sweet and delicious ? TOO !Will DEFINITELY be back ?? !
Stopped in 14 December 2021 at 1900hrs for a quick meal with my daughters. The staff was friendly and they got our orders right. I asked for jalapeños on mine with large fries and they delivered. The food was brought to our table in a very short time, everything was hot and fresh.
The dining room was dirty food and trash everywhere I sat down at a table same cashier that took my order tried to come clean up at our table when the rest of dining room was free to clean I asked him nicely to wait til we leave he proceed to talk smart mouth I asked for the manager and it was 2 manager and district manager and no one came to talk to me to address this matter then the district manager tells the cashier nevermind me and clean it anyways they rude I will never go back and I will be reporting this to the franchise office and not the corporate office
Horrible order inside experience. Person keep leaving during order and yelled at me for using app. And specialty bacon cheddar burger was horrible. So sad to see this place go down this path with customers.
30min in line for the drive through (speaker to window). By the time they got us our food the fries were cold. And the burgers were luke warm at best. I will NEVWR be going back to this location! $30 wasted!

This location is terrible. They must have children making the burgers sauce was all over the burger both buns because they put way to much no one wants 3 tablespoons of mayo. The line in the drive through was short and still took forever and when they opened the window it smelled like cheese and vomit. Also i know this is just my personal opinion but every employee there looks like some kind of liberal meem i dont get how they leave the house looking that pathetic everyday. DONT EAT HERE.
