Average , a chain restaurant predictable , the staff that was working the time wayway up had extremely loud hard rock music playing like playing which is fine it was just Just wasn't the right location And time to play it. If they watch their customer's face they can tell that the customers were not enjoying the loudness of the music . Overall the staff is great
I really enjoy Waffle House. Especially this location. I recently moved to East Texas and have always heard of this breakfast diner while living in San Diego. I tried it for the first time 3 months ago and have been hooked since. I enjoy my Ihop and Dennys as well but Waffle House is its own beast. Egg combos are always my go to with the addition of a Pecan, plain or Blueberry waffles. I haven't tried the Peanut Butter chips but will sure the next time. Good coffee, brewed tea and service.

Usually I love waffle house however this time my experience wasn't that great. Our waitress was great but you could tell was very stressed out. Half our order was wrong and cold. The cooks really need to learn how to cook. And again our waitress was amazing with what she had to work with
One of my favorite Waffle Houses n I've been to quite a few of them... Always friendly staff with quick n great food! Definetly recommend.

Didn't get to eat. They wouldn't let us in. Had a store full of people with all the doors locked. Wouldn't answer the phone either..
Food came out quick and the server was attentive and efficient but the place wasn't clean. Every window I looked out of had hand prints upon hand prints. Same with the front door. Syrup dispenser we had was sticky everywhere but there wasn't a bathroom to wash our hands. We didn't feel the cleanest leaving there.
I am a travel nurse and have dined at many Waffle House restaurants across the country. I must say this this the most disappointing experience I’ve had. The waiter barely said two words to us and acted like serving us was an inconvenience. The coffee was horrible and burned. Lastly, the restaurant floor was dirty and looked like it had not been swept in days. I tripped over forks and half and half wrappers as I went to leave. Waffle House is known for its friendly service and delicious food, this was not the case today.
