I really enjoyed my first visit to Tomboni’s. This is a super cute little house with awesome outdoor patio with live music on weekends. The Italian focused menu is extremely fresh and yummy. The Brussel sprouts were very flavorful and Tuscan Shrimp outstanding!! Restaurant staff extremely nice and attentive. Pay attention to the outstanding wine list, everything affordable and obviously time spent picking the wines. Pizza oven on weekends and I cannot wait to experience that!! Great job to the owners and staff.
Good little place! The pizza was good and they were attentive to our situation when our food was not delivered for quite some time. And while there were other things that went wrong with our meal, they tried to make it right by comping some of the issues, not all but some.We will definitely try it again in hopes of a better experience.
Gourmet fine dining in a cool spot. Can enjoy a beautiful patio or cool bistro inside. Amazing chef, kind staff, live music in warmer months with great lineups Wed-Saturday.Always try the dessert. Its CRAZY GOOD.
Cute location! First time we were turned away because they were seating anymore. Just tried for a 2nd time was asked for a reservation, funny thing is I was told the 1st time I didn't need a reservation. Then this time we were offered sitting outside and pizza only. I asked if they had a full menu and the host said yes but they are busy. Host turned here back saying something I couldn't understand so we left. I surely hope it wasn't because we were black.
It appears from my own experience and reading those of others (supported by the owner’s own response to some reviews) children are not welcome at this restaurant. We arrived at opening time in stormy weather, so my husband ran inside to ask if they had room for our family of 5. The woman said “yes” until she saw me come in with our kids and then informed us there wasn’t any room unless we had a reservation-she seemed very unfriendly. It is a small restaurant, but there were only 2 people taking up 1 table upon our arrival and many empty tables. So, if you want to go here don’t plan to bring any children, even well-behaved ones. I saw nothing on their website with an age limit, which may be a good idea if they are going to turn away unsuspecting customers. I can’t speak to the quality of their food, as I haven’t had the opportunity to dine here.
We enjoyed our first visit here last night. The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. We’ll be regulars on future visits to Longview.
Great food! Excellent service....personalized and catered to the individual! This is a small, quaint, and somewhat romantic atmosphere. Business casual for dinner....really almost anything remotely thoughtful would be okay.
Such a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a great Italian meal.
