Jeremy was very attentive to all the tables he waited on, including ours. I was once again disappointed in the food quality. The queso was not hot, it was lukewarm, clumpy and not easy to dip without the chips breaking. As I told our waiter, the jalapenos were wimpy. He brought me a cup of them, no heat, no meat, just the skin, which had no flavor. It was the same on the chicken enchilada. The beef enchilada was loosely wrapped, fell apart as soon as it was cut into. The cheese enchilada was good. The tamale was good but salty, needed more chili powder. The ground beef is not anything special, the fajita beef is much better. It just seems that the quality of food is down, but the price to the customer is up. $2 more on the plate I always get. There were two of us, early supper, with ice tea, over $50.These are the reasons we no longer eat at the Mt. Pleasant location. Although somewhat better in Longview, it is still not the old Jalapeno Tree.Tyler was always good, but I think we are going to just give up on Jalapeno Tree.

My favorite TexMex food in Longview ???? Great selection and delicious food. Ask for Carlos to wait on you. He is super friendly and fast ??‍♂️ You’ll be happy you chose Jalapeño Tree ?????

Arrived at 5:45 to order a Togo order to sent to set at bar to place an order set at bar for 15 minutes while bartender had her back to me the whole time was told to move to one's the tables in the bar area server walked my me the whole time never asked me or even stopped to see what I want the time is now 6:30 I wantto thank you because I left there and went to another mextex restaurant and ordered the same thing and saved over 10 dollars on two meals and was served in under 20 minutes on a Saturday night. Never again

Took a long time. Ask for quaquemole salad did not get it and ask for sauce w sour cream on enchilada got just sour cream. This was a gift lunch from my friend. Was not great

By far my favorite place so far for Mexican food.

Arrived at 11:45, 30 minute Wait, after 45 went and checked to see when we would be seated. Only 6 people and 2 small kids in our party. 3 large groups and 4 smaller that came in after us was seated. Finally seated at 12:15. 12:45 to get drink order, 12: 50 to get food order, for drink order and still waiting on other drinks. 1:15 went to bar to check on drink order, and Bartender was rude, told them waiting for a drink order that was placed 20 minutes ago. Finally got drinks at 1:30, still no food. Table with twenty who came in 20 minutes after us got there food while at 1:40 we still didn't get our order. WE LEFT. WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. POOR SERVICE AND POOR MANAGEMENT.

Horrible! I heard an employee tell the manager that a table had an issue and I heard the manager say loudly so that everyone could hear that “the table could go to hell”. The same manager was being rude to several employees in front of customers and other staff. That is highly unprofessional! It’s in a horrible location with the cops there every other night. The other jalapeño trees are amazing! This one is not!

Service was great, food was good but all the drinks tasted watered down.

The chefs in this restaurant do not do what you ask. I asked for a quesadilla just with white cheese and they wrote it one the note, and came back with yellow cheese twice. This is outrageous.

I was by myself and it took 10 minutes befor someone asked if I'd like something to drink .It took 15 minutes to get 1 simple cup of cheese dip ...the food is wonderful but the service needs much attention..
