My wife loves Texas Roadhouse steaks...and their Sweet Tea. And this was our first visit to one in Longview TEXAS.She had no problems using Handicap parking in the front row of the parking lot. It was easy to use her rollator from the car into the restaurant. And no difficulty getting to her table.The server service was excellent. The bus boy was very helpful getting my wife SweetNLow and EXTRA SUGAR too.Her steak was very good...done just as she wanted it. I had the Steak Salad...also very good. I alternate between the Steak Salad and the "RoadKill Special" for lunches.Good service. Great Food. And pricing for all budgets and ages and occasions. Lots of families here.THANKS. We will be back.
Tonight I had the worst experience of any restaurant I have ever visited while in the state of Texas at this location. I arrived and parked at curbside, and when I called the employee who answered the phone had this weird tone with me from the start, she told me they don't do curbside after 9:00 PM which is fine, but there are no signs anywhere indicating this so I don't understand why she was rude over the phone.Then I walk in to pick up my order and was directed to a second desk. The girl at the second desk told me to go into their food packaging area and pick up my order. When I entered the employees got very rude and told me to never go in there again, I told them that I was told to go in and pick up my own order. There are no signs saying not to enter this area and no signs indicating where to pick up your food if you order online. I told them they needed to work on their communication skills and consider posting some signs. When I got back home I called the manager and complained about how I was treated.All of this could have been avoided if the employees had just been kind, said "please" or at the very least used a different tone of voice. I don't understand why I was treated so badly here, but I won't be back.Edit 4/19/2020: Left this review awhile back and was told to reach out to the restaurant through their online form through this very review, I filled out the form and never received a reply from the company at all. Be wary of this restaurant, I stand by what I said and do not plan to return.
Used the app to cut down on wait time on the way there. Got a table at 6pm with no wait, had rolls as soon as we sat down. We never waited for a refill, never had to ask for anything, appetizers were out in five minutes, food was out in less than 10 minutes , everything was delicious. Thank you Chase. You were the best waiter we have ever had, will definitely be back soon.
Came in to have dinner with my kids for the first time in a year, and Dashun was incredible! He checked on us several times, brought us everything we asked for, did it all with a smile and super manners! I don't get many times to have dinner with my kids anymore now that they are older and have their own schedules to work around, so it was a very pleasant treat thanks to Dashun! The food came out quick, hot and tasted amazing! And, they were super busy, so that says a lot. We only had a 30 minute wait, but was happy to do it by phone so we could hang out in the car and wait for our text when the table was ready. Can't wait for our next trip in!
Ordered take out from here for my birthday…rolls and butter were great. The barbecue chicken is usually really good and juicy, this time it was pretty tough and chewy, still good though. Mashed potatoes aren’t good unless you get them loaded, abs they forgot my ranch. So 4 stars
Steak was awesome. Cooked exactly how I requested. So tender and full of flavor. The sample appetizer platter was perfect. I have never been disappointed in the food or service. Fine dining at family value. Will go every chance I get. The only complaint is that they don't open until 3:00 pm weekdays.
The kid Brandon, took very god care of us. Give that kid a raise, perfect customer service.
